Monitoring Performance: It is one of the challenge which is faced by student while studying
business management and thriving in professional management.
Competencies and recruiting right talent: While learning the concept of business
management, students learn about different departments ion Organisation.
Understanding consumer behavior: Student may also face difficulty of understanding
consumer behavior as it is important to predict the behavior of consumer towards the products
and service.

My strength is to handle the situation and solve the problem in
appropriate manner by analysing and evaluating the situation. I have an
ability to solve the problems and also adapt the things quickly.
Weakness
My weakness is that I face difficulty to communicate with other people
and exchange my ideas in effective and efficient manner. I am not able
to share my opinions and explain my thoughts to other people.
Opportunities
The opportunity which I can grab is to improve my communication skill by
taking online classes and practising the conversation. In order to enhance
communication skills, it is important to pay attention and listen to people. I
can also focus on improving my other skills in order to be cope up in
competitive environment and get succeed in career.
Threats
The threats which I can face while working in workplace is conflicts,
dissatisfaction with job, cultural differences, language barriers and
inability to listen to others.
One skill that is particularly important, but I am weak at: Communication Skill
