One skill that is particularly important, but I am weak at; (Development Plan) Skill:Quantitative skill Development Process:In order to improve the quantitative skills, a person should take online sessions through online platform. How can I Judge:The possible pathway of judging a person’s performance is giving the exam. A person must improve their practice time for resolving the quantitative basis on regular basis. A person should perform more examinations in order to judge their performance as per the marks obtained within the examination. Time Frame:To improve the quantitative skills effectively, it needs about 2 months to properly learn efficiently about the skills.

CONCLUSION From the presentation, it is being concluded that developing both academic and professional skills are crucial in order to perform, better across various field.In this, the students can get a constructive feedback from their batch mates and educators when they able to improve their academic skills. Furthermore, there is also discussed about the specific difficulties faced by the management students in business studies and across the professional field. Moreover, there has been provided a SWOT analysis along with one particular skill which is required to be improved efficiently among individuals.
