INTRODUCTION
Skills have been proven as necessary to make academic studies more responsiveness and
co-relates to one teaching personality or enhance learner's ability to learn more and more on
regular basis in order to generate or enhance results on consistency to led outcomes for every
individual entity. In a current scenario, in learning process, learning has become responsive
along with develop every individual basis Twisk, 2014). This report will put its influence over
key resources which are highly available to facilitate own learning and style and preparation of
the question. Also, report will focus on how choice of lifestyle focuses on an individual health.
This report will also make understanding of the learning style and also how it can be enhanced in
order to generate common motivation & confidence to an individual person with response to
generate the personality of the person. Lastly, there will be reflective discussion over the
choosing of the learning style along with adopting right one.
TASK 1
(a) The key resources available to facilitate own learning and study
Learning and studying is a necessary concept for every person, either any student or any
single entity, who is pursuing it for their own benefits or overcoming any kind of specific
challenges. In this fully-fledged process, various resources and inputs can be used such as books,
journals or any formal practices, which are liable and responsible to generate the effective
learning for person's purpose of generating any kind of legality into an education based scenario
or motivation. In case of own learning and process of study, it is out own choice of what resource
should be adopt to make learning fully-fledged along with management of the resources and also
gathers most high and positive results for defined goals of the learner (Barhorst, 2015). To gather
learning or study in an effective basis, identification of resource is necessary to apply it in given
point of time to generate outcomes from learning or studying basis. When doing planning for
learning, it has become necessary to develop a learning style, which is suitable to adapt the
suitable and most reliable one. Explanation over the different resources are as follows:
Education Apps: In a current period, Learning apps has become most suitable source of
learning and also led to save in both time and cost. This learning process makes learner to more
desirable about learning new things and also led shift in learning from negative to positive with

an early source of outcomes. In simple language, this is most convenient source of learning
along with enhancing the person priority for motivation or confidence.
Textbook: This has been recognised as best friend of every learner and provides the core
elements of the learning process into the subjects (Pienaar, 2014). In the learning environment,
textbook has been decided to develop students level of critical thinking along with bringing
creativity and innovation for every learner or person.

Reference books: Teachers are recognised as ideal source of generating the knowledge
along with enhancing the person ability to generate learning or desire to learn new things for
higher duration. Reference books has been become source of supplement knowledge and wide
information to get in addition to knowledge got from books (Haapala and et. al., 2014). This also
involves journals, paper and directory which is related to specific knowledge for longer duration.

perform on front of everyone to know, whether my learning is on right way or not. This learning
style is mainly focused on: engaging related people such a family, peer and friends to get level of
motivation or confidence to perform better and higher (Moreira and et. al., 2013). Expectation
are here to enhance it for longer duration of learning and developing role of a effective learner.

(b) Investigate how lifestyle choices can impact on an individual’s health
Lifestyle is basically termed as stimulus which make particular person confident on what
they actually needs to look or behave in particular environment to have common zone for the
development of the personality. Lifestyle choices has been changed over the period of time along

with accomplishing the desired goals and target to that learning or working culture (Larkin,
2013). These choices have been changed over the period of time along with enabling lifestyle
scenario for an role of an individual. Lifestyle choices are majorly varies in different context and
also structuring of its varies in personality to personality and behaviour to behaviour of an
individual employee. In this assessment, evaluation will be done on basis of three different
sources which includes one book, one journal or one e-book to understand what makes lifestyle
choices impact on an individual health or its status. Lifestyle consist of various elements such as
people choice making, building effective and creating the scenario for life and role model to
enhance the business building of the person (Putwain, 2016). It was noticed that change in
lifestyle choice comprises of change in the lifestyle of the person which generally plays an
important role in encouraging the necessity of building the lifestyle along with developing it to
bring common source of learning for the person.
Change in the lifestyle involves change in the body textures, personality modification
along with the encouraging the person ability to act in such manner. Learner lifestyle choices
comprises of body building, increasing shape of body structure , which reveals about an actual
lifestyle of the person. When a person is used to talk over the matter of lifestyle, it has been
noticed that change in lifestyle has resulted into the health issue of the person, who continuously
focuses on body building on the frequent basis. Change in lifestyle has led person to suffer with
some critical issues such as disease, mental and health care effect.
Iranian journal of public health magazine has revealed that lifestyle is a way used by
people and also in form of specific geographical, economic, political and religious etc. Lifestyle
is mainly refereed to as characteristics of an inhabitant of the region in special time or place. It
basically involves day to day behaviour and function of an individual in job, activities, fun and
diet. It has been noticed that various institutes has put its major focus on enhancing the lifestyle
to avoid its negative impact on the learning process (Sander, 2013).

of things including age, family, history of an illness and living condition. It was noticed that
lifestyle involves the changing of the health care and other social care scenario in order to impact
these learner human health or creating change in health care of underpinning learner in order top

programme. Here, a fully fledged time table will be prepared in order to facilitate the study and
learning to be centric to right area of results or outcomes (Herbers and et. al., 2012). Timetable in
my context for study and learning are as follows:

7 to 8: Some mental and physical exercises in order to retain fit or active to pursue learning
8 to 10: In this time, newspaper reading and knowledge of general science will be undertaken
suitable technique to gather knowledge and information for career scope.
12 to 2: In this time, practical and numerical learning will also be undertaken in order to
develop for longer duration of time.
4 to 6: Revision of what was previously done will be undertaken to make information or clear
cut knowledge remains in the mind for longer duration.
8 to 10: Classes of mentor will be taken into an existence in order to make knowledge along
with information more responsive for career & future development.
Critical reflection: After this timetable, it is necessary to have critical reflection over the
matter of encouraging learning for longer and future period of time. In this time table, effective
time management is important it with day to day life goals or activities to be engaged. Along
with this, I realised that skills and competencies related to skills and exposure development is
also necessary which makes learn to develop skills and competencies to pursue full fledged in
their career or life tenure. In this, social learning style has been used to enhance the goals and
scope of learning to be linked with each and every individual efforts in order to make outcomes
of the learning more responsive and co-related to an individual personality and attitude to make
it down to that one. While in learning development process, it is necessary to have skills and
talent which need to be improved in order to make the profile of the learner more responsive to
enhancing career and exposure of the person (Kronenberger and et. al., 2013).
In this learning timetable, it need to have good command over co-ordination technique in
which, major priority is used to be given to co-ordinating with the time of each and every activity
of learner to be connect or linked with day to day activities or work performance. Learner needs
to have at-least basic management skills which are require to be control, organise or plan their

learning in accordance to that. It has been noticed that lack of continues planning was major
issue connected to that learning process for the learner for longer period of time.
Here, priority was given to social learning, in which learner can learn through different
contribution of the people or social guidance in different aspects of the learning. It is necessary
to have critical analysis of learning style in way to encourage for the higher and positive learning
for the person or an entity.
Techniques of time management: The major technique of the time management consist
of giving priority to most critical and toughest work to complete it in given period of time and
duration to reach at the common and valid conclusion period of time. Second technique will be
giving highest priority to work which in reality needs a rapid and instant period of time. The last
technique can be giving freedom to an individual to make that person independent to complete
kind of defined work or task to save both time and cost (Waber and et. al., 2014). It was noticed
that correct and perfect evaluation of the time management activities is necessary to make certain
relevant changes into structure of the wok along with checking out the suitability to design any
kind of learning module for longer and higher stage of learning process. It has to be noted that
time management needs to have right and proper utilisation of techniques to carry out the
structure of the time management in an effective and perfect manner.

CONCLUSION
From the above report, it is concluded that skills and competencies for academic study ha
become necessary to enhance the personality or attitude of an individual to develop their self
credentials for longer worm period base. Some resources such as textbook, reference books and
webpage haven been resulted into development of any knowledge and learning of the person in
an effective and reflective manner. Along with this, use of learning style has been resulted into
developing a moral and ethical way to developing source of developing the person credential
over the period of time to get engages the people moral and desire to encourage learning for the
higher and desired duration. Lastly, it is concluded that learning and study have been resulted
into encouraging the personality and exposure of an any individual for longer and higher time.
