There is no business can achieve its overall objectives and aims in market place without considering different digital technologies within own workplace. For example; social media, multimedia, mobile and smart phones, online games etc. are some tools and system of digital technology. An electronic gadget or tool has always required to a person in order to use the digital technology. In this dynamic and modern world, there is no business can achieve huge success in the market place without considering digital technologies within own workplace. This is why digitalisation is very beneficial to an organisation and its workplace. l壱Role of digital technology in overall growth of workplace and organisations The role of digital technology is very essential to an organisation in its overall growth in market place. In this dynamic world, no business can complete its cash transaction without using digital technology in its workplace, it cannot manage its human resources without technology. On the basis of these factors, anyone can say that, digital technology is very important for the overall growth to an organisation (Macchi and et.al., 2018). There are some major roles of
digital technology has been discussed below has enabled to a venture for enhancing its growth in the market place. Thedigitaltechnologycurrentlyhelpstobusinessesforeffectivelypromotetheir products and services at the large scale in the market place. For example; there is digital marketing tool is also a big part of digital technology, in which upper management of a business have to consider digital technology, because it gives the facility of boost over performance of business operations by promoting its products and services at the large scale in market place. Day to day competition is increasing in each industry and sector, in which digital technology helps different companies and business for gaining huge competitive advantage in market place by using digital marketing tool of digital technology. There is another major role of digital technology is to improve the quality of products and services in the market place. Basically, there are many of ventures adopts various productive machineries in its workplace which maintains an effectiveness within the quality of products and services (Snow, Fjeldstad and Langer, 2017). This is generally a big benefit of digital technology to a business in market place. After producing quality products and services, an organisation can simply attract many customers in market place. Generally, most people or customers like to consume quality products and services in market place, in which this role of digital technology can contribute in overall growth of a workplace and organisation. l壱Negative impacts of digital technology on an organisation Digital technology is very beneficial to a business, but it has some negative aspects as well, in which upper management of a business have to consider different negative impacts of digital technology as well. For example; when a business highly invests in digital technologies within its workplace, then savings of that business will be automatically reduced, so this is a big negative aspect of digital technology. On the other side, digital technology puts negative impacts on the company’s interpersonal skills as well (Berghaus and Back, 2016). For example; before digitaltechnology, upper management of a business was believed in interactingwith its employees by using interpersonal values, but now with the support of digital technology, upper management interacts with their employees or people by using video conferences. Basically, use of digital technology promotes communication gap in the workplace of an organisation.

Data security can be also part of digital culture in organization in order to get successfully from these challenges. It may also take some for employee in using some new technology and application. But the productivity will depend upon how the employee will take time in training and developing them in new platform. IT department can also conduct seminar or workshop in making understanding about new platform and that will encourage employee in asking more questions. The best for moving from these challenges that would be use of digital technology workplace in offering training with sufficient period and make proper use of resource in new platform.

Employee change leadership:- While by changing the leader in company it may also lead to develop and increase their digital technology department. In organization leader could help their employee and co-worker for making understand about the upgrade software and make proper use oftechnologyatworkplace.Asmanycompaniesrequiredtoadoptchangesinadvance technology fordecreasing competitionin market and make themselves betterfromother organization. Employee can also demand for changing their leader who make easy understanding and have proper communication between them and work without any conflicts. leadership is most important part of organization in developing their employee handling and maintain proper direction among them. Teamwork and culture:- Changing culture for organization and make proper use of new structure that may lead to make more profit and easily availability between for their work, which could help them in increasing digital technology in business. Teamwork may lead in achieving goals and objective very quickly, as if one member do not understand the well proper about the digital that could lead some time loss for company (Prior, 2018). In working team work they can easily change organization in adopting new platform and growth to their business. Decision making :- Before changing and adopting new platform for organization the company should need to make decision with their employee or co-worker. That could help the business for increasing their more production and reduce cost. Decision-making for any organization is most part for developing them in IT or any other department and changing in new digital technology.
