INTRODUCTION
To gain the success in context of examination and maintain academic score, it is necessary to
have some skills for every individual. Listening skill is the one which provide direct impact on
the learning and development of the individual (Assiter, 2017). The main motive of this report is
to discuss about article which is all about skills and this report is discuss about the Challenge of
listening, some strategies adopt to improve listening skills and explain your experience about the
Challenges & strategies about listening skill.

Listening skills in context of academic and higher education is planning prominent role
which can improve the learning of the students. It is essential for every students to work on their
listening skills because good listening skills is helpful to understand the view point of teachers &
mentors in a specific event like discussion, seminars , presentation & meetings. Due to the lack
of good listening skills, students can face various challenges which are discussed as per this
article.
False start & repetition, this is considered as the big challenge that experiencing by most of the
students. The participation of the students are more in discussion, lecture, seminars so it is
necessary for the speaker to better start of the session and also take care about repetition words
because it can create many issues to convey the right message to the audience and then students
are affected the most (Cronin and et. al 2019). False start and more repetition of words provide
the adverse impact on the listening of the students and they faced difficulty in listening.
Technical items also contain as the massive challenge in listening. Technical items create many
complexity such a difficulty in listening, understand and this scenario, pronunciation and also
spelling. While listening, some technical words can affect the flow then students can become
confuse and it's difficult to connect with the speaker. Long sentence, affect the listening of the
