Slaveryhas existed in the world for many centuries now and it has been mostly prevalent in the continentof Africa. Africa has been considered as the ‘Dark Continent’ so the native people have beendragged into slavery by the white skinned imperial people (Coupland, 2017). This has been verymuch in practice as a result of the slave-trade systems. Women were the main force of Africanslaves in the various parts of the world since they were easy to be made as captives. One of themost important factors that have existed in the African and Arabian society is the fact of kinship.This means having a close relationship with other important people was considered to be highlyimportant (Coupland, 2017). The women and the children had been used as slaves and they werebeing used as the slaves or concubines. The male slaves were castrated and this created a hugeimpact in the minds of the people during that time. The male slaves were also treated as thesoldiers as well.New World Slavery and its differences with African slaverySlavery has become one of the prime worries in the new world that consists of thecountries like Spain, Netherlands, France and England mainly. Spain became the prime power inorder to win the naval battle in the New World (Newman, 2013). Many developed countrieswere their rivals. The English did not employ the Africans as their slaves rather they preferred touse the indigenous people. There have been other differences as well. The African slavery bringsthe horrid memories of inhuman torture on the slaves. The African slave-trade came from acapitalist intention for working as domestic workers and the New World Slavery initiated by theFrench, Dutch, British and Spanish were mainly from the perspective of winning the battles,
