workers. They invest small capital in the business. In an enterprise at least 250 workers are
works at a small place. An organisation will operated and owned by private sector companies,
sole traders, single businessman and other agencies. It is the duty and responsibilities of an

leaders. Small business enterprise works for achieved desired goals and objectives in an effective
manner (Altman, Sabato and Wilson, 2010). This business maintain and manage strength and
weaknesses which identify current position. 4Com plc is the company which improves
communication services in the small business enterprise. This was established in 1999 in UK. Its
headquarters is in Bournemouth, Dorset. They build strong relation with their customers and
provides them best service. The main purpose of this report is to understand different sources of
finance in small business enterprise and develop skills and knowledge to their employees. In this
project, identify the strength and weakness of small business enterprise.

company shows that in 2015 their total EBITDA is 2,712 and in 2016 it reduces by 1,211. Its
total core EBITDA is 7,324 in 2015 and in 2016 this is decrease by 7,214. The A1comms
balance sheet shows that net profit in 2015 is 262,352 and increase by 650,567 in 2016 that
evaluate the company performance in this report.
