which are strengthening its economy on daily basis. This project report is based on, ''The
Chocolate Cafe'' which is a tiny company. In this report, current performance of cited company
has been investigated. Some organizational changes has been proposed to improve business
management and performance. Along with this, objectives and plans of enterprise has been
revised to cooperate with modifications (Neubauer and Lank, 2016). At last, various impacts of
changes on business operations has been evaluated.
