In this report,analysis of various aspects of Cafe LANTANA are analysed as business consultant. Profile offirm is developed to determine the vision and mission which are developed by firm to regulatetheir business. It also determined that government of UK plays a significant role and providesfinancial assistance to make them grow within the country.
