In this present report Zizzi restaurant has been taken who is serving tasty andauthenticate food dishes from pizza, pasta to customers. their aim is to attract more and morecustomer by providing quality of food to them. Apart from this, they are also offering discountservices to customers to retain them for a long period of time. In this assignment strength andweaknesses of this restaurant has been explained. Further new area has been discussed in whichthis organisation can expand their business. Along with this various plans and strategies has beenadopted so that manager can monitor the improvements of employee performance. Objective of this firm is to serve quality of services to customers andmaintain long relation with them. Along with this they are using an appropriate organisationalstructural in which to manage the work in proper way (Adebisi and Gbegi, 2013). Through thisefficiency and effectiveness of product and services will be increased. Strength and weakness ofcompany can be determined on the basis of external and internal factor because they are alsoinfluencing their objectives sometimes.
