The action plan for the student d have been continued to the ensure their success of the student
by providing them as level of support and opportunity which are necessary for developing well
rounded, contributing members as the for the academic community and beyond in perfect
manner.
To have the proper development of the action plan, I have to make their proper identification of
the strength and weakness (Mallicoat, 2020). strength and weakness are the major level of

Strength
I am skill as in the term of social situations and able to make the friends in any manner. I am
actually enjoying the English and history in the colleges. I have best at learning by listening and
remembering the things for the long times once I have memorized (Putman and Rock, 2017). I
have anchored in planning sport which are most specifically volleyball, academically, writing
and reading comprehension in the areas of strength.
Weakness
Math, sciences and foreign languages have been the biggest learning challenges for me. This is
distantly organizations which are difficult as to have tending the procrastinates the college works
(Clegg and et.al., 2020). On the other hand, there have been strengthen in the working and
socializing with other which are helpful as I have tie spending too much as these things as I don’t
get my own work managed.
