About XZ Pvt. Ltd
The name of our advertising agency is XZ Pvt.
Ltd. This agency was founded in the year
1980. This agency has seen a lot of growth
and profit with the passage of time. Our
headquarters is located in Los Angeles. Our
company helps to create connection between
brands and their target audiences (Andrew
and Shimp 2017).

About the IT Department
This is the department of Information
Technology. This department is also known to
be the creative department in the company. It
is one of the most important departments of
the company. This department deals with all
the technical matter of the agency. In this era
of growing technical demands and needs, IT
department plays the major role in
generating revenue and profit.

My Role
I am the Manager of the IT Department. I am
responsible for taking decisions on behalf of
the entire department. It is my duty to find
out if there is any technical fault in the entire
organization and resolve it as soon as
possible. I am also responsible for building
any applications that will help the employees
of the organization and improve their
productivity (Hao et al. 2013).

Challenges that our agency is facing
We have a fragmented approach towards
technology (Holla and Katti 2012).
Employees and executives of the company
are suffering.
There is no transparency.

Tracking freelancers become difficult.
Accessibility of information is difficult.
We are unable to gain visibility into the
business.
