Introduction
This project includes development of the application of CardioHealth that will make the
treatment process faster and more efficient. This project plan will help to develop CardioHealth
with proper risk management and proper quality man agent. Proper project schedule plan is
being developed in this report to complete the project successfully. This report describes the
description of the project life cycle along with kick off meeting that is organized in the project.
This report also states the stakeholder register and project charter to complete the project. This
report also states detailed multilevel WBS stating the activities used for completing the project.

The objectives those lies behind developing this project are:
1. To make the health care system more efficient and reliable so that the patients gets
proper service.
2. This project is to develop an application named CardioHealth application that would
help the treatment process faster and easier.
3. To develop the application that will be secured for storing data or information that are
transferred in the network.
4. To develop a project plan that will be capable of mitigating all the risks included in
development process of the system.

2. The scope of the project will also securely keep all the data in the cloud so that they
can be used in future.
Assumptions: The assumptions for the project are
1. It is assumed that the employees will be trained properly so that they will be capable of
handling the ECG devices.
2. It is also assumed that the cardiologists will be able to handle the mobile application to
view the reports.
Cost: The total cost for completing the project will be $463,727.
Schedule: The project will take 273 days to complete the below diagram shows the
project schedule for the project.
