INTRODUCTION
Micro and small businesses are the types of businesses that are very small in
nature and generally facilitates a local market and has a limited area of operations
generally facilitating a small segment of an economy (El Madani, 2018). These
generally requires less capital and resources and probably has single ownership.
Management in these types of business is not separate and are managed by their
owners only due to their small scale of operations. This presentation will be a brief
