products to catering trade. The management of the company considers creating a mobile
application for the customers. After analyzing the business operations of Company X, new
opportunities and threats are identified.

Threats
 There is threat of malware that sends
unsolicited messages to the users and
provide attacker control over the
mobile device (Tang et al. 2017).
 Privacy threats caused by the mobile
application and gather of sensitive
