Objectives:
 To identify the impact of Brexit in UK.
 To analyse the importance of SME's in UK.
 To evaluate how Brexit can influence the growth and development of SME's in UK.
 To provide proper recommendations to mitigate any risk factors of Brexit associated with functioning of SME's.

Interpretation: As per the research process that is been carried out within
the Small medium organisation, Educ8 Group to identify the impact of
Brexit on growth and development of SME. It states that out of 20
respondents, 18 individuals favoured the fact that Brexit have affected the
performance of SME's in UK while 2 individuals denied the fact.

Interpretation: Based on the interpretation this can be said that among the
20 respondents at Educ8 Group, 16 respondents said that operations related
to Brexit have played a very important role in the setting up of the growth
and development measures of the SME's within UK. On the other hand,
remaining 4 respondents have denied these benefit of Brexit on SME.

Interpretation: The data assessment process that is been carried out at the
selected SME have lead the researcher at the organisation to identify the
information that out of 20 respondents participating within the research
process carried out at Educ8 Group, about 15 respondents agreed to the
point that number of SME's have increased to a greater extent after the
Brexit while 2 respondents denied to this factor. The remaining 3 people
were not sure about it.

Interpretation: the data assessment and evaluation process which is been
carried out at the organisation states that Brexit will help in improving the
performance and profitability of the organisation. Out of 20 respondents,
about 14 respondents agreed to it while 3-3 respondents have either denied
the fact or were not sure about it.
