INTRODUCTION
Smoking is one of the most hazardous activity which is not good for human being. In
current time smoking is the most popular trend amongst youngster and this is providing higher
health hazards to them. Smoking contains high level of nicotine which is not good for respiratory
system of people (Dutra, and Glantz, 2018). There are numerous types of smoking existed such
as cigarettes, tobacco, water pipes, electronic cigarettes, dis solvable products etc. Smoking may
cause death to people as this is proving direct negative impactors to lungs of user. Smoking may
cause chronic obstructive pulmonary disease to people due to which risk of death may increase
in youngsters.
Effect/impact of life health
Smoking is providing greater risk of cardiovascular disease, as smoking may lead to
stroke and coronary heart disease. In current time within teenagers smoking is a common aspect
which is leading them to face various health hazards and these are causing problems to immune
system and long life of youngster. In youngsters smoking may cause damage of blood vessels
which may increase risk of heart disease. For youngsters this is being analysed that due to
smoking in short duration, physical and mental depression can be seen in youngsters. Besides
this various impacts on health which are as under:
Reduced physical fitness
Smoking may lead the youngsters to reduce their lung function and growth of lungs as
well. This may cause to teenager shortening of breath, coughing and amplified phlegm.
Early heart disease
In youngsters smoking may lead to damage of heart vessels and blood vessels due to
which this may increase risk of heart disease to youngsters.
Poor oral health
Smoking may lead in generation of yellow teeth and bad breath due to which high mouth
problems may arise to them.
Decrease in life expectancy
Smoking may lead in minimising life expectancy to youngsters as nicotine is the element
which affects brain development and leads to underdevelopment of brain.
Risk of Bronchitis

In youngsters risk of bronchitis may increase due to which they may face various
respiratory issues and other problems such as Tuberculosis and pneumonia which is worse for
health of an individual. Besides this in youngsters smoking is prominently becoming a trend
which is providing high negative aspects to youngsters in terms of healthy life (Benck and et. al.,
2017).
Lowering immune system
Due to smoking immune system of youngsters may be decreased due to which
probability of any infection in body get increased. This is being observed that people those are
smoking may have higher risk of any infection in their body. Infection is the biggest problem for
an individual and for their body as this may lead in creation of non-functioning of various body
organs.
Constriction of blood vessels
Nicotine is causing tightening of blood vessels due to which risk of blood pressure may
increase and that may lead into severe heat-attack. In teenager due to excessive flow of nicotine
in blood may lead them risk of stroke or heart attack.
Risk in nervous system
Ingredient in tobacco which is nicotine a mood altering drug and de to this reason this
make people addicted to it which is habit forming to them. This may cause sleeping problems
and illness to people. Besides this, consumption of nicotine may lead in facing behaviour of
irritation and anxiousness.
Cardiovascular system
Cardiovascular system get damaged by excessive usage of nicotine as this is providing
negative impact over narrowing blood arteries due to which blood clotting get increased which
may increase the risk of heart attack and other heart diseases.
Integumentary system
The another sign of smoking is associated with changing of skin and as according to
recent studies this has been analysed that smoking may cause risk of skin cancer to youngsters
and other fungal infections over nails. Bacterial infection is one of the prominent issue faced by a
human body and due to smoking various problems are being faced by youngsters in relation to
skin and hairs.
