2SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL LEARNING 1. Introduction Unethical behavioral practices in the global educational sector, have become an important concern in the current society (Roberts, 2015). Unethical behavior interaction of the teachers, has created various challenges for the students in educational sector. In some of the cases teachers flaunttheirmeanbehavioralcharacteristicsaswellasaggressivenature,whichimpacts negatively on students mind. The aim of the research paper is to highlight the case study where the principal at Wyndham Vale School stood down after appealing clip. A disturbing clip of the principal, of the School has got viral in which the principle was dragging a young boy through a playground, which has made the shocking situation for Melbourne School community. After uploading the video on social media platforms within a single night the video of the principal has got viral. After this situation the principal has claimed that the boy has kicked a pregnant teacher in herc stomach. However, investigating on the particular incident, different opinion from the parents group have got collected, which has created a conflicting situation in the school. Critically analyzing the case scenario in this study different theoretical aspects have been linked up with the research rationale. It has highlighted the legislative framework for considering the specific need of situation. The purpose of this study is to ensure the engagement of students and understanding there responsive as well as measuring ability while analyzing a case scenario. 2. Findings 2.1 Theories to be used including link to rationale In current scenario increasing numbers of scandals in in both the corporate and public sector it can be said that motivating the individuals’ ethical behavior has become necessary for shaping the characteristics of individuals (Bilimoria, Chung & Hedges, 2018). This theoretical application can significantly shape the action as well as values of individuals. Analyzing the motivational resources for driving the ethical decision making process it can be saved that following the principles of motivation expectation for violation as well as own ethical quotes create conflicting situation in the mind of a person (Pigeot et al., 2019). Developing the strong inter relationship between noncompliance and disciplinary approach of a person individual behavior towards adopting the ethical approaches are being highlighted. It is true that the concept of value, behavior and attitudes are being considered as a fundamental components which are needed for understanding the motivational process of a person (Schneider, 2015). Due to the worst outcome for not following the ethical regulation can not only impact on the operational practices but also it can create negative impact on the child. In response to the study it can also be said that based on the dimension of social wellbeing as well as respectful relationship between fundamental rights of human and ethical behavior it can be say that cultural perspective of a person can significantly impacts on increasing the ethical awareness. Analyzing the behavioral issue identified in the case study it can be said that due to lack of understanding regarding the improper action of the opposite person as well as improper understanding of emotional needs have aroused the ethical concern in the school (Pigeot et al., 2019).
