INTRODUCTIONHealth care and social care industry ensure better safety for individual. The people of UKare become more aware regrading to their health and social services. The present report is basedon the social and healthcare of UK (Amaral, Jones and Karseth, 2013). This report makeanalysis of Concepts of health, disability, illness and behavior in health and social care and makeassessment about change in perception of health care industry. It also makes analysis on differenttypes of legislation which imposed by UK government on medical care providers and makeanalysis on different types of care needs which are required for individuals. At last, it makesanalysis on intervention strategies and approaches. TASK 11.1 Concepts of health, disability, illness and behavior in health and social careHealth and social care is an important aspect in the lives of people. However, in recenttimes the perspective has been changed regarding to the social heath care. Now people arebecome more aware to routine check up and their basic fitness (Atkinson, 2014) The health careindustry works for rendering effective medical services to the individuals. Due to their thisawareness they can easily cope up many problems and also they can maintain long life. In orderto understand the approaches of the heath, disability, behavior and illness reburied organized andlogical approaches. HealthA person is called health when he / she is able to perform all its activities easily withoutany problems (Bruno, 2010). Therefore, a healthy person is that which able to attempt its dailyactivities and have access to social services without any complicationBehaviorWhen person face any type of health or mental issues then their behavior changed. As theoutcomes, the person will show visible sign of mental problem brought by depression, becomereserved and aggressive (Amaral, Jones and Karseth, 2013). Disability refers to the physical impairment that hinders an individual to have a normallife or moving from one place to another place (Coghlan and Brannick, 2014) The disability isalso related to mental stability which limit the intellectual level in their daily life. Illness This can be defined as the condition such as diseases that is prolonged, hence affectingindividual to physically and mentally (Rubenstein and Wrangham, 2014). The person which issuffering from the illness depended on the other to accomplishing their tasks and fulfill theirbasic needs. Perter who is 42 years old person and with Cerebral Palsy and is diagnosed with amental illness – Bi-polar. Health and social care people need to take care of him. Hisdependency has effect on the mental heath of sick person and also affects productivity of socialcare. 1.2 Perceptions of specific needsFor the long time perception of basic needs have been neglected by many families andgovernment but over the last few years' perception of the basic needs have changed. Individualsbecome more aware regarding to their heath and physical, mental health (Kollberg, Dahlgaardand Brehmer, 2016) Now people become more aware regrading to their health and physicalfitness and for that they attempt many activities which make them more healthy and fit.Medical modelIt is that model which focus on the physical or biological aspects of disease and illness.This model generally practiced by doctors or heath care professional. This model is associatedwith diagnosis, Cure and treatments of disease. It is helps to care provider to improve the heathof their patient by diagnosis their illness. In the present case study client perter, who is 42 yearsold is Cerebral Palsy and is diagnosed with a mental illness – Bi-polar Affective Disorder. Theperception regrading to these diseases have been changes in the recent year. Through this modelPeter gets better services of medical and along with this health professional can also giveeffective treatments.Social model of health This approach attempts to address the impact if social, cultural and environment factorson particular individual. It makes focus on polices, education and healthcare promotion. In
