INTRODUCTION
Globalization is the approach through which the
world is enhancing interconnected which gives
the outcome in form of largely increasing
commerce and cultural interchange. (Keeves,
Darmawan and Lietz, 2021). The “impact of
fast fashion” is defined as the cheap, fashionable
clothing which is taken from the sample of the
popular celebrity culture and convert it into the
garments. It is driving the social change in a
globalized world. About 1.2 billion of CO2 gas
is emitted in the environment because of this, it
is contaminating the water and causing pollution
in air, water. H&M is the multinational clothing
company they have diversification in their
product, company is consider as the second
largest chain of the global clothing retailer firm.
This poster is about t how fast fashion is
developing the threat for the environment. H&M
organisation consider as the fast fashion
organisation, they are committed t reduce its
impact that is harmful for the organisation.

Analysation of the key aspects of the issue Impact of fast fashion:
Fast fashion is the process which defines that the clothing style which directly moves from the catwalk to the
stores. It is mainly used for trending advantage in which the quality of the clothes are of inferior quality, also
house gases in the environment.
Impact of fast fashion: The expensive impact of fast fashion on environment is over power energy. Fashion
industry are causing environmental pollution as by rising the impact of green house gases on the environmen
more than as the collected combination of all flights and the shipping. It involves the immediate designing o
product, also to make it available for the distribution and for the marketing purposes (Cramer, 2017)
Organisation can proceed to use the material that do not harm the environment. They will proceed to use the
cellulose and organic cotton so that it do not cause the pollution.
Commodification concept: According to the
Commodification theory it is the concept which
describe as the action or process to convert
something into a product which can be adapted
or sold in the market. It is the fact of the thing
that to exploit the person for achieving the profit
or good market position.
Exploitation concept: Exploitation theory
describe as revenue is the exploitation of the
employees who work to achieve the goals of the
business. It is like taking use of the other to
make profit and in exchange to give them very
less or nothing. As for the fast fashion sense the
retailers are doing the same as they are copying
the other company's cloth and converting it into
their fashion material to make it eye catching for
the customer's (Roozen and Raedts, 2020).
Key issue are reckless pollution and
wastage:Beyond the taking of other's advantage to
make money fast fashion is also causing the severe
ecological problem. As fashion retail industry are
sourcing their materials from the different countries
or to hiring the labour force at low wages to design
their cheap product, it is the major environmental
problem (Zajda, 2018).
Consumption and consumerism: Consumerism
theory is the idea to enhance the consumption of the
product and services into the market to achieve the
desirable goals in the market. It defines the
obsession of the consumer to buy product and
services. (Dzian, Paluš and Parobek, 2021).
Micro plastic fast fashion issue:As for the fast
fashion material it involves the synthetic fibers
which are polyester, nylon and other fibers. This is
taking around 100 year to biodegrade therefore it is
not possible for the fashion industry to degrade
those materials which is used by them for making
their product as to make it available at the
affordable price for the customer.
Case study: H&M.
Today, the highly competitive business environment many of
the companies are trying to stand out at the global level in
specializing and making the industries, labors and resources
more effective. In recent years, H&M who is the second
largest multinational clothing retail company in Sweden which
has modified their way to do business. In November 2019, this
industry operates in 74 nations with over 5000 stores of
various company brands. (Augustine, Rindita, and Muniandy,
2019). The leadership quality of a Persson has been passes to
the son and even grandson named Karl-John Persson. The
industry is transparent to its culture and tradition. It is certain
that the leader is driving their business by adding their culture
and tradition.
Persson treats the company as the family part rather than
thinking it as a million-dollar brand industry. This reflects the
importance of a good leader and excellent leadership skill
which can framework the entire company in to a brilliant
success.

From the above report it is concluded that the
factors of the globalization is increasing the o
for the organization, as it allows them to expa
internationally. Fast fashion has created the re
drives the many changes in society, as people l
the affordable and cheapest product which the
offers, as they uses the cheap materials for des
product that causes the pollution in the environ
system which is embedded into the ecosystem
or other factors are majorly impacted. Impact o
fashion is chosen for this report as it drives ma
and environmental challenges. Fast fashion ca
major negative impact on the economy.
