INTRODUCTION
Social inequality can be understood as existence of unequal opportunities and rewards
for different social positions within group and society within community levels, which brings
functional decline. The report will analyse various aspects of social inequality within gender,
where women in society at Australia are differentiated within working scenario where female
empowerment is lowered. Report will further analyse theories in relation to varied effects
within society and implementation for gaining stronger analysis done towards technical

Gender inequality can be understood as unequal treatment of individuals based on
gender, where women are marginalised from males in society and are also restricted to
participate in society due to their gender. In Australia gender inequality denotes
inconsistencies between individuals within communities, due to gender bias where
employment opportunities are different for women largely as compared to men (Czymara,
