In accordance with the given context, it has also being identified that the negativereviews of buyers not only affect the profits of company but it will also cause the significantimpact upon the brand image of the firm. Thus, it can be said that there are both positive andnegative benefits are associated with the given platform. However, negative effect of socialmedia platform can be mitigate by the firm by forming the specialized team who will look afterall the negative reviews of customers and will take an appropriate action with regard to the samein an effective way.
