to their customers such as accommodation, food and meals facilities, etc. and is focused on the

Hyatt Sydney Hotel is chosen for completing this assignment which was founded in the year
1957, and is headquartered in Chicago. The assignment will focus on various service provided by
the Hotel by using social media technology, making the manager aware about the pros and cons
of those social media solutions, effect of legislations related to use of social media technology,
and importance of social media policies (Miller and et. al., 2016).

can post about their existing products and services or about the new products or services which
they are going to provide. In addition to this, customer's reviews about the services provided by
them can also be known with it so that in case of negative comments, it can make needed
improvements in the quality of products and services provided.
Products and Service Provided by Park Hyatt:
Spa Facility: Facilities such as massage, facial and body treatments are also provided by
Park Hyatt.
Food and Wine Facilities: Hotel provides food and drink facilities such as breakfast,
dinner, etc. to their customers.
Accommodation Facilities: It provides rooms for taking rest to customers.
Restaurant On Site: Inbuilt restaurant provides customers with various fast food services.
Concierge: Care takers are also present in case customers need them.
Rooftop Swimming Pool: This facility is also provided to customers for their enjoyment.
Laundry: For washing clothes of customers they are provided with laundry service also.
Fitness Centre: Fitness centre has variety of cardiovascular and weight training
equipments.

and official pages and has to work in nights and overtimes also which makes negative
effect on their health.
Sometimes due to more visiting of a particular site, it becomes impossible for the Hotel to
answer all the queries of customers (Moreno-Munoz and et. al., 2016).
While making irregular use of social media, it leads to failure of the company as late or
not answering the queries of customers leads to decrease in their faith towards the
company.
