Introduction
The report is regarding the company, Bandcamp which specializes in creating a platform, both
effective and user-interactive for the music lovers and enthusiasts of various genres. An
application has been created that contains every type of music and the users can access them
online. The users can also access live streaming music. This company was founded in 2002,
after the Apple iPod came into the market so that it can compete with the iTunes. In the
beginning of the financial year, the company received very less profit. Gradually, the company
took pace and was able to gather more promoters. This led to increase in the client base in Asia
and Europe. The profit of the company can be figured out through the survey which was
conducted. This shows that the profit of the company crossed $250 million in the financial year.
It is one of the most widely used and most known music and entertainment company. In order
to help them with their products so that they could achieve the status of delivering best
services in this industry. The report will discuss the extensive social media integration into the
Bandcamp organization and what benefits will it provide to the organization.

Bandcamp company needs to enhance the product quality by increasing the performance by
enhancing the quality of the product and debugging the bugs as well in the previous version.
This organization wants to gain control over the market to get much more clientele. For this the
organization needs to use various different kinds of methodology for the overall enhancement
of the product being created. For the better performance and profit gain the company should
focus on two services for the integration within the current products Extensive Social Media
integration and Personalised Web-Radio Stations.
Project Title: Extensive Social Media Integration System
Definition: Previously the Bandcamp only allows users to login or register in traditional method.
So, as an extension this System is going to integrate various Social Media within the product of
Bandcamp and it is going to increase the number of users. Various Social Media that could be
used are Twitter, Facebook, and Google. The customers could use any social media account in
order to connect with the services of the Bandcamp. Using the Social Media account, the
company could know the preferences of the users and using that all the users could get
personalised feeds.
Objective: The main objective of Integrating the Social Media within are:
1. To provide more ways to register users
2. Give Users Personalised feeds
3. Get much more user
4. It gives ease to manage the accounts

The report discusses about the development and implementation of Extensive social media
integration into Bandcamp. The current Bandcamp system has no option of social media reach.
Through the implementation of this system, the users of the Bandcamp will get a plus
opportunity. This report will discuss about the completion of the project, the duration it took to
complete the project, what were the different steps that were undertaken to complete the
project, the comparison done of the satisfaction levels of the users before and after the
implementation of social media integration and the work status of all the employees. The
approaches which were considered were PERT and Gantt. The PERT discusses about the time
variation of the tasks and those with the earliest and the latest time durations of the tasks in
the project are calculated. The Gantt chart approach shows the scheduling of the different tasks
of the project. The resources are also assigned for each of the tasks. These approaches can be

A.C3.3 Make suitable recommendations and justify areas for further consideration and future
improvement for the developed project. Consider the implication of how far your project has
met its outcomes.
Any project cannot be free of errors. There have to be some errors which needs to be resolved.
There is always a scope of improvement in the project. Therefore, some of the
recommendations of the project which can be implemented to usher improvement in the
system.
1. Cost analysis and generating cost report
The analysis of the project includes many things such as business requirements, user
requirements, system requirements and so on. But, cost analysis is the prime thing
which needs to be done. The cost and profit analysis should be done and, on this basis,
a cost report should also be generated. The budget report can be then used to calculate
the profit of the company.
2. Checking quality
There are certain user requirements which should be fulfilled when the product is
released in the market. The quality check of the project should be carried out so that it
can be verified whether the product meets up the expected quality. This could be done
through various quality check tools.
3. GAP Analysis
This analysis relates to the project outcomes. The project outcomes are of two types,
expected and actual. This analysis is very important as it is way through which it can
judged whether the customers are satisfied with the project or not.
Recommendations and Justification
There should be enough social media options for the coverage of the all social media.
Verification should be done smoothly.
The sessions should be verified.

A.C4.1 Produce a record of all stages of your project procedures and project development
used to complete your project.
The project completion will involve many stages. All these stages contain sub stages which are
necessary for completion of the task.
The stages which are involved in the project completion of Extensive Social Media Integration
are as follows:
1. Project Initiation: This stage relates as in how the project can be initiated. This stage
contains management consultation, identification of business requirements and
identification of user requirements. These all tasks collectively are related and are
necessary so that the project can be initiated.
2. Project Planning: The planning of the project contains learning of the social media,
developing objectives and preparing budget report. As the application is regarding
social media integration, learning about the social media, objectives and what cost will
come up in developing the product.
3. Project Execution: The execution of the project will contain the definition of the data
store and the development of the project. The validation standards should also be done
in this stage.
4. Project Testing: The testing of the project will be done in this stage so that proper
quality control can be done and even quality check can be done.
5. Project Closure: The project closure stage will contain documentation and report of the
project (Egidi et. Al, 1995).

Conclusion
The report contained all about the Bandcamp company and the two features that could be
implemented by the company in order to increase the status of the company. Among the two
features, one feature was selected and the work breakdown structure was prepared. The
timeline was set for all the tasks. The Gantt chart and network diagram were also prepared. The
resource sheet was also prepared. The feasibility of the work breakdown structure was
calculated through PERT or Gantt chart. Cost analysis and Resource analysis have also been
taken into account. The outcomes of the implementation of the project have also been
presented in this report. Effect of the development of the Social Media Integration on the
Bandcamp users have also been discussed.
