Background to the study
Lola cupcake is a shop in Midfey. Lola's Cupcakes was
founded in 2006 by two friends, Victoria Jossel and Romy Lewis,
who turned their passion for baking into a business. The two
opened concessions in Selfridges, Topshop, and a flagship store
in Mayfair as orders poured in. In this research discussion about
the impact on social media marketing on consumer base is being
conducted. It has been analysed the selected business
organization is facing the issue of loss of consumer base due to
ineffective form of marketing. This research will explore the
manner in which with the help of social media marketing
company will maximise its consumer base.
