INTRODUCTION In present scenario, social media has fostered the business collaboration, communicationand it also has great influence on decision making process. But at the same time, there is concernthat the disadvantage and negative influence may outweigh the benefits to the organisation. Thereport emphasises on popularity usage and influence of social media sites such as Twitter,Facebook and LinkedIn on business communication.
