of social media at the workplace. In order to implement the strategy of social media, L’Oreal
organization is chosen. Further, the proposal will explain some issues that social media

perfume, sun protection, men’s skincare, makeup and hair care. It is French company
headquartered in Clichy. It is serving millions of customers all over the world by its product.
It has high quality products with luxury brands (L’Oreal, 2018). Due to the highest cosmetic
brands, it effectively uses innovative technologies, research for serving men, women, and
children. L’Oreal effectively uses the social media through which it has wider customer base
all over the world. There are different social media sites are used by L’Oreal including
Twitter, Facebook, intranet, and Yammer. With the help of these sites, employees come to

addition to the advantages of social media, it also has some disadvantages that require to be
