Today, social media has nearly penetrated every industry in the market.
In particular, public relations has been significantly affected by the
rapid developments in both technology and social media (Addyson-
Zhang, 2018).
Before this digitalization occurred, public relation professionals directly
engaged with the public in the event of a major change.
However, with the introduction of social media, this evolved since social
media eliminated the walls between the public and particular brands
(Boitnott, 2018.
However, to maintain a positive public appearance, public relations
experts have maintained a balanced engaging content so as to ensure
positive public opinions.

Social media has changed Public Relations in major ways.
To begin with, social media has assisted Public Relations to be more

Besides, PR content published through either emails or new releases
spread faster with the help of social media.
