Besides using social media for attracting customers, it also makes effective use of social media to communicate with its employees. L’Oreal makes effective use of social media sites in communicating with its employees as well as customers. For implementing the social media strategy, L’Oreal is the best organisation that uses it in effective way. It believes that social media is the best way to engage its employees. The innovative way of using social media helps the employees in boosting their morale. In L’Oreal business, social media helps the employees in increasing their motivation thus further assist them in increasing productivity.
