change or resist, and may also involve individuals or organization. Gender inequalities are the
social phenomenon in which the women and men are not treated equally. Basically, this
treatment may be arisen from the distinction regarding the psychology or culture norms in
society and some of this distinction are grounded, while by other for appearing to be social
constructs. Social movement that have been sustained campaign in support with social group,
typically having implementation or the prevention of change in society values or structure.

dimensions, including the work education, occupation and experiences (Max,2019). With the
prevalences of Gender discrimination and many other social norms and practices, exposed to the
possibility of child domestic work, poor education and health, violence and exploitation. While

about for unequal pay, racism, women are promoted less often than men, fear for asking to be

common goals and this could also create the change to resist change or for providing voice to
those otherwise having some many other social changes. Special interest that are being
individual or groups which work within the system or conventional political activities such as
gender inequalities and so on. In contrast, social movement often keep for working with system
by engaging the various kind of protest, including demonstration and sometimes outright
violences. It could also being having the implementation or the prevention of change in society
structure or values Yates (2021). Although, having social movement this could be also differed
in size, as they are essentially collective and ensure for working with some effective concepts.
While having focus on the Gender inequalities of social movement for achieving the sustainable
about radical positive action to redress and have the long-standing inequalities at multiple
concepts. Social movement that can succeed when the individual or group are the grass roots

have better representation about the women in politics, more economic opportunities and having

From the above report it had been seems that, social movement (gender inequalities) is being
effective as this can bring about social change, and they do bring it. This also seems that not only
social movement bring about changes but sometime social changes gives birth to movement.
While social change often breeds social movement and in turn with having additional changes. In
above discussion, some author had described about the social movement is being ineffective due
to their fewer social changes and do not have public support. But the gender inequalities act have
been passed by the government at every place and also become wider part, more enlightened
approaches for involving communities in change.
