INTRODUCTION
A social movement is loosely organized efforts by large group of people in achieving the
particular goals, political one or typically social. This may be carry out within undo social
change or resist, and may also involve individuals or organization. Gender inequalities are the
social phenomenon in which the women and men are not treated equally. Basically, this
treatment may be arisen from the distinction regarding the psychology or culture norms in
society and some of this distinction are grounded, while by other for appearing to be social
constructs. Social movement that have been sustained campaign in support with social group,
typically having implementation or the prevention of change in society values or structure.
Differences in pay between the women and men capture about the variety of possible
dimensions, including the work education, occupation and experiences (Max,2019). With the
prevalences of Gender discrimination and many other social norms and practices, exposed to the
possibility of child domestic work, poor education and health, violence and exploitation. While
many of this manifestation will not change unless women are values more. The main issues is
about for unequal pay, racism, women are promoted less often than men, fear for asking to be
paid high worth and so on. This essay will also discuss the various theories as socialization,
cognitive, social role theory. Gender based violence is being targeted within the individual or
groups on the basis of their gender. This evidence should be suggested that women are being
more likely to be victims of gender based violences. In sociology and gender studies 'doing
gender' rather than being an innate quality of individuals, also lead within the psychologically
ingrained social construct that are being actively surfaces in everyday human interactions.

Definition social movement
Social movement are being defined as network which are informal interaction between
the plurality of groups, individuals or organization, culture conflicts or engaged within the
political, on the basis of shared collective identities. The theory about the social movement
which argues the development when the individual or group with the grievances are being able to
mobilize the sufficient resources for taking action Li & et.al., (2021). Along with this also
emphasis about resources which explain some deprived or discontented are able to organize
while other are not. Social movement have the goals that try to cause the total change in specific
individuals. This is being purposeful, organized within the striving to work towards some
