In order to under to understand the importance to the burgeoning effects of social
problem it is very important to understand the difference between the social problems and social
issues. Social problems are something that has the potential to damage the society. A social
problem has the capacity to influence the reactions of the people in certain situations. Whereas
the social issue refers to the social cause those results in the consequences of negative factors. In
Australia there are several mushrooming social issue like alcohol problem or the increase in the
homelessness and so on. However these problems need not have the political or economic
solutions. In the age of modernization and increased differentiation there is an increase of mutual
interdependence. Thus the impact of the economic, political, social and cultural as well as
ecological activates constitutes a holistic patterns that affects the living reality of the human

Domestic violence or the violence attitude inflicted to women is gory reality that is

victim do not feel stigmatized. One should be able to understand the actual problem rather than
being judgmental about the specific client. Along with this, the member of the community
development should also take initiatives for bettering the quality of education and the level of
awareness. For this there must be an increase of the participation by the other member of the
society. In the globalised world when the world has become global village the repercussion of
their activities made also be glanced over. Thus it is important to make them realize how their
single act inside the home can have larger repercussion. Sustainable development being in
foundation, and the TBL can be used as the primary tool that can help to assessment the
development made in the community.
Domestic violence of family abuse can disrupt the social fabric because it the primary
social institutions. Children are the ones bear the burden of such dysfunctional family.
Dysfunctional family will not only posses danger to their living reality but can also be the cause

pedaling or may indulge themselves in the other variations of crime. Illegal activities and
increased forms of corruption have an endemic impact which not only lowers down the GDP of

direful impact on the natural resources because it is always the not so well off who are left at the
mercy of the nature. The community development community needs to focus on the issue that
