Introduction
Social psychology refers to the bridge that is connecting between two field of studies. These
are individuals and sociologists. In this given report it consists of creativity in the individual and
harnessing the value of diversity to become more creative (Azeem, De Clercq, and Haq, 2021).
Then it consists of antisocial behaviour in workplace. Then there is a social identity approach in
workplace which is chosen in this given essay. At last, there is a morality, ethical behaviour and
social identity discussed within a workplace example.

Social phycology has emerged in the late nineteenth century. As in context with creativity, it
is discussed that it helps in innovating something new and unique. Creativity is discussed to be
the most interesting and it can be used by individual and more than even a group also. As by
individual it does not occur more creativity but when an individual is in group then it becomes
more effective and more creative and innovative. As in context with given case study, Keener is
doing work with the group members is she has more innovative ideas as compared to Ryan who
is working individually. This is the issue which is being mentioned in every workplace in order
to make decision regarding any of the topic. As some of the employees and team members are
involving their team and some not.
Diversity is referring to the including individual person from different backgrounds,
religion, gender, disabilities, physical and amental abilities etc. it is indicating that diverse
organisation is having competitive edge in all over the world. One of the studies said that
diversity can results in stereotyping, discrimination in negative impact. And also, it can turn in
positive impact by increasing productivity and marketing to minority which can helps them in
increasing the value of organisation in effective manner. In the given workplace, diversity is
from other generations and there are people from various generations (Anczyk, and Grzymała-
Moszcyńska, 2021). This will help them in bringing of the various religions and genders from
different generations.
Antisocial behaviour is founded in the workplace which can have diverse effects on the firm
productivity and even on employees. Antisocial behavioural directly observable and recorded
and they are relatively uncommon. There is there can be various antisocial behaviour which is
