INTRODUCTION
Social psychology or development psychology is the field of development psychology
that will concentrates on the narrative of the development of dealings with other and their
manner of knowing the meaning of their dealing with others Belliard Martuscelli, N., Matias, C.,
& Sharan, A. (2021). As the following report will know the manner of understanding of other
behaviour, attitudes and targets. The report will also covers two scholars and their main
contribution to the field in the sections and their key aspects of their research findings and it will
also consist process of completing the task as effectively and efficiently.
TASK 1
Discussion of two scholars
Kurt Lewin (September 9, 1890 -February 12, 1947) was the German American psychologist,
who were known as the modern inventor of American social psychology or the structural
psychology, and practical psychology in the United States. Kurt Lewin who was displaced in his
birthplace were started a new life. He defined himself and his contribution from three analytical
perspectives such as applied research, action research and group communication that are his
main contributions to the field of communication in the manner of social psychology as
effectively and efficiently. Before varying his research direction and collaborating with other
psychologists at the Gestalt School of Psychology that will also involves Max Wertheimer and
Wolfgang Kohler Ginsburg, R. B. (2021). Hence Kurt Lewin initially take part in the School of
Behavioural Psychology. He also joined the Institute of Psychology at the University of Berlin
where he conduct lectures and seminars on philosophy and psychology as effectively. He was a
professor at the University of Berlin from the year of 1926 to 1932, and while this time he lead
various sort of the experiments on stress, needs, motivation, and learning status. As in the year of
1933, Kurt Lewin tried to convey a coaching situation for the head of psychology and were also
created a research institute at the Hebrew University.
Leon Festinger (8 May 1919 – 11 February 1989) was an American social psychologist who
were best known for his cognitive dissonance and social comparison theory. His theories and
research were official and surrendering the previously dominant behaviorist opinion of social
psychology by representing the insufficiency of incentive reaction of the training accounts of
human behaviour. Leon Festinger is also attributed with maintaining the use of laboratory

experimentation in social psychology. As on the other side, he simultaneously stressed the
significance of studying real life sections and a principle. He possibly maintained his excellently
practiced when personally insightful a doomsday cult Hogarth, D. A., Enomoto-Iwamoto, M.,
Iwamoto, M., & Abzug, J. M. (2021). He is also known in social network theory for
the proximity impact as effectively and efficiently.
Process of completing this task
Some areas that need to be developed are social understanding, social development, and
relationship building. All these personal and professional fields need to be clearly developed by
me. With the help of proper theories for all basic activities and all forms of skills are properly
developed in the most effective way. Also, I need to use different courses to increase my
knowledge and promote my social manner of development. Furthermore, I am primarily focused
on enhancing creativity to respond effectively to changes and challenging behaviour to make
decisions in the most effective way.
TASK 2
Discussion of two individuals from the timeline
Henri Tajfel was also known as Hersz Mordche, he was born in June 22, 1919 - May 3, 1982 and
was a Polish social psychologist who were known for his inventive work on the cognitive aspects
of prejudice and social identity theory as effectively and efficiently. It is also a European
Association who have tried varied experimental social psychology. His theory provides a
framework for understanding human behaviour, thinking, and advancement. By having a broad
understanding of how and why humans behave, it will be better understand by individuals as
effectively and efficiently. Such sort of the theory will provides a background for understanding
some sort of the aspect of human behaviour WATERS, T. (2021). Henri Tajfel and his student
John Turner were developed the theory of social identity. They proposed that people have an
inherent tendency to classify themselves as one or more "internal groups" that were establish a
part of their identity based on group dealings and strengthen boundaries with other groups. As
such Social identity theory will shows that people identify with groups in a way that maximizes
positive uniqueness in an effective manner.
Stanley Milgram was born August 15, 1933 and died in December 20, 1984, he was an American
social psychologist who were best known for his controversial obedience during his tenure as a

professor at Yale in the 1960s. From 1963 to 1966, he served as an assistant professor in the
Department of Social psychology at the Harvard University on a three year contract. Then the
contract was extended for another year, but the instructor level was lower Laaker, C., Hsu, M.,
Herbath, M., Sandor, M., & Fabry, Z. (2021). Most likely due to his controversial obedience
experiment and his Milgram was denied a position at the Harvard as effectively and efficiently.
Process of completing this task
As there are sort of the fields that require to be maintained that are the social
understanding, social development, and relationship building. All such fields that require me to
develop myself in an adequate manner. It will effectively developed in the most potential way
with the help of appropriate theories for all basic activities and all forms of skills. In addition, I
need to increase my knowledge and promote my social development through different courses.
Moreover, I am primarily focused on enhancing inspiration to respond effectively to puzzling
variations and behaviours to make decisions in the most operative manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that, human psychology is the
science of the human mind and behaviour. The basic and the general definition that will refer to
specializations or clinical psychology; academic disciplines, called academic psychology or
educational psychology; or scientific activities, research psychology as effectively and
efficiently.
