Innovation Strategy in Education System_1

An innovation/change that has been introduced recently in the education system and
Implemented in school
Introduction
The innovation strategy in this particular school is a new venture at Dalat which typically
encourages entrepreneurship strategies. It is an important innovation strategy that highly
encourages the students to come up with their own business ideas and run them in a
technologically friendly environment. The innovation program involves having to adversely train
the students and impart them with key innovation skills and knowledge that is needed in the
business startup. They are then required to start designing a business plan and submit it to the
supervisor for evaluation and review. After review of the strategy, they are offered a business
license hence encouraging them to become future entrepreneurs. In this manner, the students
create a good business image of goodwill or the school in the public and the entire community.
In this case, they will acquire great support from the community who will act as the main sole
clients in helping their business to rise in a drastic manner. This makes it to extend to other areas.
Through the recently introduced innovation program in the school students are able to get the
opportunity to flourish and be business centered (Fullan, 2011). This encourages them to be
independent and create their own employment without them having to rely on white collar jobs.
It also provides them with an environment that is diverse and inclusive of their interest and ideas
which are important in future. Referring to the schools entrepreneurship strategy, it is imperative
to not that it also makes them have the passion to serve the community welfare for example
through continuous production of various goods and services delivery to the entire community.
