INTRODUCTION
The term social policy enable an organisation, researcher or an individual to understand
the reason of social problems and the steps that are attempted by government for overcoming
from social problems. From the recent years, the scope of social work and social policy is broad
that aids government to reduce issue of marginalised group. This report highlights on the social
work and social policy of poor health that is under control of community service department
(Bryant and et. al., 2018). In the last, this report highlights on amendments for improving the
social policy in order to complete research with more efficiency. In the last, background and
discussion for marginalisation will also be include in this report.
To The Minister of Australia Common Wealth Government
Common Wealth Government is responsible for managing inequality and health related
policy. This is used to remove the disadvantage which are faced by international marginalised
group.
Proposal
The changes requires in the policy of inequality and health define amendments. It is
required to formulate flexible policy to manage and control number of new entrants.
Background
With the analysis of previous decade, 13 percent of Australian adults was living in
extreme conditions that generates multi-faced disadvantage and marginalised circumstances
(https://melbourneinstitute.unimelb.edu.au/assets/documents/hilda-bibliography/other-
publications/2013/Cruwys_etal_marginalised_Australians.pdf). It results that the group of
international marginalised face a complex mix of social, economic and health disadvantage. By
the follow up of 866 Australian ten years and a period of primarily strong economic growth
social work policy is delegate. This results almost 60% individual managed to exit from
marginalisation (https://melbourneinstitute.unimelb.edu.au/assets/documents/hilda-
bibliography/other-publications/2013/Cruwys_etal_marginalised_Australians.pdf). Other remain
marginalised and still some different individuals who are from international countries face
challenges to work with new entrants (Courtney and Moulding, 2014). With the background
analysis of inequality and health policy it is identified that individuals compare and marginalised
different persons for managing new entrants health safety.
