INTRODUCTION
Health and the social care is defined as the term which is related with the services that is
available from the health and social care worker within the healthcare setting. Moreover, the
health and social care worker are usually helpful for the social group and various community in
order to enhance wellbeing and resilience among the individual. The social care worker with
number of individual is used to provide proper advice and support to overcome from the issue
which is faced by them for the longer period. In this. The discussion is used to base on the case
study which is related with role and responsibilities of social care worker within the patient and
the family itself. The ways the social care worker is used to take the issue and plan which is
offered by social care worker in order to develop barrier that render the wellbeing and resilience
of individual. The case study is based on some offence which is unethical and social care worker
used to provide the path and ways to reduce the implication (Acker and et. al., 2018).
MAIN BODY
Response towards the Sara disclosure
While taking the contrast of case study, it is evaluated that the Sara is intelligent and high
achieving student in their academics. With this, she is become week and become worse on their
academic performance. Moreover, the social care worker has their nature which is polite and
they listen the patient in the careful way because after that they provide proper care plan to take
action or intervention against the issue. However, the social care worker has different skill and
knowledge which is helpful for the patient which create comfortability. In this, the Sara used to
burst in front of social worker because she was stressed and completely need someone in order to
share information and provide some aspect of path as intervention to overcome with condition.
The social care worker listens the Sara consequence which indicate that she was in relationship
with her teacher and recently teacher has started to encourage Sara to send the nude photo of her.
Sara also added that the it is started 2 year ago when she was 14 (Katz and et. al., 2018).
While interacting with Sara she is full of tears and worried regards with situation. In this,
social care worker listens all the term in the careful way and appreciate Sara for their strong
behaviour and provide Sara that assurance they must deal with them without any fear or
consequence. Moreover, Sara also in fear due to their mother who is strict catholic follower and
she is worried because her mother never forgives her for that. However, as a social care worker

develop relaxation after listening all the stories and provide them assurance that they talk to her
mother in simpler way and create understanding which does not represent the Sara mistake.
Moreover, they try and take proper action regards with the teacher for that which is unethical and
create the issue with the Sara mental health.
The social care worker must take proper action on this behaviour which is associated with
the Sara. They take help to senior and inform the mother because it is essential approach as a
social care worker for the appropriate action with the concern of her mother. In addition to this,
the information which is shared by Sara is must make confidential and take action on such way
which is helpful to reduce the overcome (Leung and et. al., 2018).
Social work value or principle or theories that work with Sara and their family
The social worker is usually follow some of the value which create ethical environment
within the healthcare setting while providing quality of care to the patient. These value are
usually including service, social justice, dignity and worth of the individual. While taking the
contrast of social worker value within the case study of Sara. Sara used to feel that she is
worthless and losing of their dignity. However, the social care worker provides support and care
to the Sara and providing strength by making committed that they will make the fight for the
social justice. As a role of social care worker, it is important to provide the social justice to Sara
while taking the monitoring of health that she was discharge from the hospital as per taking their
surgery of appendix removal (Warwick-Giles and et. al., 2018).
With there are six core which is associated with the social work, the NASW core value
indicate that there are set of ideals set that inform the social work practice for all. The social
worker is used to take the commitment within themselves to the six core of the values which is
associated with the set of value which include services, social justice which has been observed
during the case study which is associated with the Sara, in this, social care follows some aspect
of principle in order to provide justice to the Sara for the incident which is taken place by her
male teacher. The dignity and the worth of each person should be maintained and this is done by
using the proper approach where Sara is in fear because her mother is strict catholic and she
never forgive Sara for that. The responsibility of the social care worker to create understanding
with her mother regards with the situation which is creating injustice with the Sara and it has
been address by social care worker with support of her mother in order to take strict action
(Pearson and et. al., 2018).

Due to such incident, Sara feel stress and worried and she with social care worker. Social
care worker understands the situation that she need support and care. Moreover, the importance
of the relationship which is based on human is also understood by social worker. In addition to
this, social care worker finds the way by following the value that regain the social justice for the
Sara and maintain dignity and the worth of the person which is lost due the such issue which is
occur within such circumstance. Moreover, there are various configuration which is show the
analysis that is best possible with the Sara in providing support with the mental and emotional
level. The social care worker must provide ways and strategies to distract themselves from the
limit which is lower the stress and generate wellbeing. The value is basically putting efforts with
the dimension of work with professional and personal relationship (Smith and et. al., 2018).
Plan that work with Sara and their family
As a social care worker, encourage and motivate to Sara in order to express their feeling,
anger, sadness and the guilt which is come up with the alternative ways which help to handle the
feeling of worried and frustration. Moreover, there are some of the ways which learnt by Sara in
order to deal with the emotion which is overwhelmed and try to gain a sense of control over their
life. With this, make a potential focus on the family especially Sara mother who is strict for their
spiritual believes with the catholic. The first step is to talk with the Sara mother in the gentle way
and provide the information in such a way which is create betterment for the development of
solution instead of angriness, sadness and all with the Sara. The major plan is to take strict
against the teacher for such behaviour. In addition to this, provide support to the Sara and her
mother with the communication and interaction and allow Sara to take time and think about what
she want and say or to do. As per this, provide gentle instruction to the family and Sara for their
situation and assure them that they deal with situation with trust and with the help of justice
(Rawaf and et. al., 2020).
CONCLUSION
As per this, the health and social care is defined as an approach which is helpful for the
individual in order to promote healthy behaviour and wellbeing. In this, the proper advice which
follow the attribute of service, social justice and dignity is an aspect which is healthier and
provide aspect of support and care for the patient. As per this, the case study indicates that the
people with the context of any issue and with the help of proper support and care they feel proper

relaxed and measure the illustration which is helpful to build the effective matter of solution.
With the contrast of case study, they used to perform care plan which develop resilience for the
patient and their family.
