INTRODUCTION Social role is referred to responsibilities of individuals towards society in order to ensure social welfare and development of society. The theory of Social Role Valorisation is based upon betterment and development of living standards of low status group of people residing in society. This report essay will be aimed at understanding the meaningful concept of Social Role ValorisationincontextofpresentedCasestudyofHannaBeard.Furthermore,itwill highlighting the insights of mentioned case study in order to ensure effective understanding of the same(Connaughton, and Cline, 2021). MAIN BODY The society is basically referred to the aggregate of individuals residing in a particular geographical location as well as factors and aspects associated with the same which makes up a society. For instance, the denotion i.e., Society is inclusive of various common individual elements including traditions, interests, beliefs, interests, etc. which promotes similarity and correspondence towards each other. The roles and responsibilities of individuals towards society include leader, connector, observer, moralist, knowledge generator, etc. which further facilitate in contributing values towards society. All the individuals contribute their own values which influence and affect growth and development in society according to the personal as well as professional practices of people(Tilly, 2019). According to Genio, (2022), Social Role Valorisation is the aggregate set of views and ideas based upon enhancement of lives of people residing in society facing any sort of disadvantages, discrimination, pessimistic situations, etc. in their personal or professional life. The theory of Social Role Valorisation states that there is a necessity for individuals to initiate or raise efforts towards fulfilling their social responsibilities in order to ensure development of the same. Another major highlight of this theory lies in the fact that people with good social values have easy access to good and efficient things in life. In order to be precise, it states that people high social values, network, recreational roles, civic, etc. are more prone to positive things throughout their life which provide them with opportunity of success and growth in life.

For instance, she believes that each and every individual is capable of carrying out necessary activities and practices in order to achieve their dreams. The accomplishment of dreams and goals will facilitate them in attaining a good reputation in the society among other individuals with higher social values and qualities. She is determined towards raising necessary efforts and initiatives in order to become eligible and qualified to carry out her dream activities of being a Playschool presenter. As she enjoys academic learning practice, she is fond of carrying out roles and responsibilities of a Playschool presenter in order to contribute additional values towards learning environment for students or learners (Hanna Beard Don't Fence Me In, 2017). Referring to above mentioned theory of Social Role Valorisation, it has been analysed that each and every individual residing in society contribute their own values towards betterment and development of society in some or the other manner. In order to be precise, Hannah is willing to serve a Playschool by being a presenter for the same which will facilitate her in carrying out desired activities and practices. Moreover, she does not want to any factor or aspect to become a barrier in her personal growth and development as she wants to pass with flying colours. In addition to that, it will facilitate her in eliminating these barriers as well as contributing consistent efforts towards her personal growth and development. Being able to achieve desired goals as well as upright social values will benefit her in being recognised among people in society as an individual with success(Walmsley, Strnadova, and Johnson, 2018).
