social sphere of the Australians, in this connection it is necessary to point out the social and
pedagogical aspects of social work in general and to identify the corresponding working
fields in which it is to act:
Policy implementation in Social work
As a social phenomenon, social work is one of the types and methods of social activity,
having its own specifics. This type of social activity has an active character, its subject and
subject are people, and the main goal and means is to achieve a social result in the life of the
person, the whole society.
The phrase "social activity" for semantic content is ambiguous. In one context, it is used to
describe the nature of activity in society as a whole. In another sense, the phrase "social
activity" is often identified with the activities of people in the social sphere, within the
framework of which the formation and development of the social structure, social institutions,
and the social status of a person occurs. But most often social activity is associated with the
notions of "social policy", "social partnership", "social security", "social welfare", "social
work", etc.

The boundaries of social work as spheres of social action can be defined only in specific
space-time coordinates, since at the professional level social work is largely limited by the
limits predetermined by the social policy of a particular state in a specific time period of its
historical development(Greene, R. R. (2017)
When the decision is made by the parents both Mohammed and Benazir, the role of First
Child social worker is to help the children in full assessment of the childs need. From the
assessment, a care plan for the children is developed by the social worker. In implementation,
a range of professionals can also be involved inorder to give a comprehensive report on the
childs need. A care plan by the social worker and the professionals tasked will determine the
interventions and support that should be given to child Asam in relation to the family
situation (Netting & Thomas, 2016).
The care plan by the social worker will determine the placement care that is most appropriate
to the needs of the child, education, health and the contact with the immediate family. The
care placements meets the need of the child that is coming into the care. The care social
workers duties include;
 Review, analysis and preparation of care plans.
 Consultation with the child under them and getting them an appropriate placement
that he/she is cormfotable.
 Taking into consideration the wishes of the family and the child also.
 Taking into consideration the health needs and educational needs of the child.
 Visiting placements inorder to ensure that the needs of the child are met
 Keeping in touch with the child
 Medical assessment and keeping health records of the child
 Planning the professional and career growth of the child.
