This report discusses the theoretical framework and core counseling knowledge, social work skills and values, and AASW Code of Ethics. It also outlines the author's learning from these approaches and studying different key areas for reflecting skills.

INTRODUCTION
The report is based on my understanding through appropriate knowledge, approaches. In
these distinctive theoretical approach is determined such as behavioural, Psychodynamic,
Humanistic, Cognitive and Physiological (Hilt and Riese, 2021). I have discusses mainly on
behavioural framework of its. It will also justify by outlining social work skills and their values
in regard to Jen and Mark. Furthermore, AASW Code of ethics is also designed for better
understanding about this skills practice.
MAIN BODY
Theoretical framework and core counselling knowledge
In these I determined different theoretical approaches that helps in to understanding
through different elements that occurs in it. By theoretical framework helps to understand
different approaches in prospective manner. These are explained below;
Behaviourist approach- It maintains by observing behaviour of individual that derives
significance of environment behaviour. Through this behaviour is emphasizes in different aspects
that determine this framework (Ajdini, 2021). As this is mainly characterized by myself through
which I observe several functions that happened by investigation of this theory. This is mainly
used by me to get understanding about behaviour of individual of Jen and Mark.
Psychodynamic- This is based on framework that emphasizes through psychology phenomena,
which observes peoples working that emphasized upon communication among distinctive driven
and forces into an individual, specifically unconscious among distinctive framework of
personality.
Humanistic- It is main focused on significance of development and satisfying self actualization,
esteem needs and different potential that has to be fulfilled (Renger and Macaskill, 2021). In
which they observe human behaviour that emphasizes on individual better and mental health that
driven natural occurrence. In this human nature is being determined for making an effective
approach that helps in to demonstrate needs of human that are very essential to properly
understand about concept of individual or people.
Cognitive- I used this, as it defines mental exercises that consist of thinking, memorized,
studying and uses distinctive languages. By applying this approach helps in to learning about
aiming at understanding of facts and natures.

Physiological- Through this satisfies needs related to physiological that is based on presumption
related to behaviour and action. As this study shares views, thoughts about how to demonstrate
that determines behaviour.
Core counselling skills
When working with customers, these core skills helps in to understand customer point of
view and thoughts helps in to forwards counselling procedure on way. As in these different
aspects and points determined. These are defined below;
Attending- It is important to be attentive, whenever interaction takes place by hearing individual
offers effectively. I pay attention in accordance to listen to person's point of view and thoughts.
This is significance to pays attention to issues and problems of others and acceptance through
attending.
Use of silence-In counselling, strength of silence have high amount of power. As through this I
feel precious time through getting silence able to think about various things. By using of silence
helps in to demonstrate an understanding and think in proper manner through various aspects. I
use silence to work in prospective manner and helps to focused on particular thing.
Reflecting and paraphrasing- Reflecting determines that counsellor understands through
expression of customer that reflects that what they are thinking and how they feel in different
situation. As this well managed with paraphrasing in which demonstrate emotions that expressed
in my words and told to customer in better manner (Fowler, Lynch and Larsen, 2021). This
assures to consumer and told to listen and being understood in effective manner.
Interpret and use of question- The counsellor should know about customers, that what is say
by them through which clarifies properly. It's important to them that prepare questions that helps
in interpreting about customer thoughts and views. Through which right information about
customers that they are saying.
Focusing- This is helps in to aiming at particular problems and session at being effective to
focusing on customer (Sweeney, 2021). As this focuses on problems that determines their issue
effectively and productively. By focusing on specific area helps in to demonstrate an idea about
problems that has arisen through several reasons as counsellor helps to get out through aiming at
Jen and Mark problems that determines.
Building compatibility- It may be considered growth of customer by interrelationship, that
offers affinity and hearing skills that provides and rises to being an able to tackle difficult

problems in positive manner. Through trust build acceptability and bring out compatibility in
different key aspects.
Summarizing- For come to an end point, conclusion is summarized by counselling through
which whole evaluation about counselling is demonstrated. As this provides proper form by
summarize all things and defined under this that whole meeting takes place in conclusion
manner. By this summarizes about key agenda of procedure of counselling to demonstrate an
understanding.
I use this core competency skills and theoretical framework to properly demonstrate and
understanding about factors in relevance to knowledge of literature. As Jen and Mark outlines in
key area for determining it effectively.
Social work skills and values
Social peoples helps in to tackle different problems of individual by overcome distinctive
problems related to action, emotions and mental risks in prospective manner and ethical values to
perform proper functions in day to day lives. In accordance to demonstrate key areas of
introducing about core value and vision of community services. It determines several benefits
that helps in to identifying core services of social work (Engen and et.al, 2021). Through ethical
standard, follows rules and regulation and performs tasks effectively manner. By getting social
justice, integrity etc. for performing functions in productive way. That helps in to understanding
by providing respects and consideration for peoples. In order to maintain integrity function to
perform that gives mission to be trustworthy towards others without neglecting anyone emotion.
It defines that each individual is to be get respect to do work in effective manner. These outlines
core values of workers that have to be followed by peoples to work in definite manner.
AASW Code of Ethics
It defines by expressing values and duties which are essential to determine social work
occupation. In order to work ethically manner as combine way and acquired the profession goals
by following guidelines and rules properly. This is made with purpose of documentation of
community services towards provides direction in reaching to professional targets. It is expected
to collaboration social workers, by performing codes of ethics in prospective manner. It
demonstrates Australian association of social workers that investigates body of community
services in Australia.

I have learned from this study that helps me to perform functions by following ethical values
effectively and by using behavioural theory determines behaviour that builds an understanding
about human emotions and issues that effect mentally from different aspects.
CONCLUSION
The report has been concluded about demonstration of theoretical framework, in which
has been determined different framework under this. In these have been discussed, about social
work skills and ethics to follow rules and regulations properly. By performing ethics and
following in prospective manner to perform effectively work. It will also justify, AASW codes of
ethics that has been defined about that rules and regulations has to be performed for proper
functioning of individuals. Also, demonstrate my learning from these approaches and studying
different key areas for reflecting skills.
