INTRODUCTION
The report is based on my understanding through appropriate knowledge, approaches. In
these distinctive theoretical approach is determined such as behavioural, Psychodynamic,
Humanistic, Cognitive and Physiological (Hilt and Riese, 2021). I have discusses mainly on
behavioural framework of its. It will also justify by outlining social work skills and their values
in regard to Jen and Mark. Furthermore, AASW Code of ethics is also designed for better
understanding about this skills practice.
MAIN BODY
Theoretical framework and core counselling knowledge
In these I determined different theoretical approaches that helps in to understanding
through different elements that occurs in it. By theoretical framework helps to understand
different approaches in prospective manner. These are explained below;
Behaviourist approach- It maintains by observing behaviour of individual that derives
significance of environment behaviour. Through this behaviour is emphasizes in different aspects
that determine this framework (Ajdini, 2021). As this is mainly characterized by myself through
which I observe several functions that happened by investigation of this theory. This is mainly
used by me to get understanding about behaviour of individual of Jen and Mark.
Psychodynamic- This is based on framework that emphasizes through psychology phenomena,
which observes peoples working that emphasized upon communication among distinctive driven
and forces into an individual, specifically unconscious among distinctive framework of
personality.
Humanistic- It is main focused on significance of development and satisfying self actualization,
esteem needs and different potential that has to be fulfilled (Renger and Macaskill, 2021). In
which they observe human behaviour that emphasizes on individual better and mental health that
driven natural occurrence. In this human nature is being determined for making an effective
approach that helps in to demonstrate needs of human that are very essential to properly
understand about concept of individual or people.
Cognitive- I used this, as it defines mental exercises that consist of thinking, memorized,
studying and uses distinctive languages. By applying this approach helps in to learning about
aiming at understanding of facts and natures.
