There is a deep-rooted idea among few gender identities that they are mover and
shakers in contemporary business world. This may be correct fifty years ago, but nowadays
people see things in new and interesting manner that brings development trend. The idea
behind gender roles affecting gender in workplaces gradually affects gender participation,
including women roles thereby affecting overall workplace productivity. This annotated
