INTRODUCTIONOrganisation culture is the values,customs and believes which holds the organisation together.Organisation culture includes shared attitudes and written or unwritten rules of the organisation.The culture of the organisation provides guidelines about how the people of the organisationbehave or how they dress in the organisation (Brown,2008). Organisation culture is thecombination of rules and believes like how the information flows in hierarchy, how organisationtreats its all employees or how the business is conducted. In the following report it will bedescribed that how attitude of people of the organisation can be modified through organisationculture (Sinclair,2013) .Organisation culture affects the productivity and the work environment of theorganisation which includes concern about environment safety and customer services.Organisation culture reflects vision of the organisation so that it can accomplish its goal withquality and customer satisfaction (Davies,Nutley and Mannion, 2010). The people of theorganisation make decision or judgement on the basis of their belief and attitude which theirorganisation teaches to practice and this practice is become culture of the people in theorganisation. In the following report different aspects of the organisation culture and its peoplebelieves and different organisation culture theories which are the important part of theorganisation culture in any company.TASK 2Organisation culture theory are the approaches which provide direction for organisation culture.These are the guidelines for making ideal condition in the organisation so that the decorum ofthe organisation can be kept. There are may theory which can provide crucial information aboutideal attitude, behaviour or believes of the people in the organisation (Schein,2010). Three mostimportant theories are socio culture relation theory,quality maintain and uncertainty reductiontheory and employee decorum theory. These three theories can be explained as followings:1.Socio culture relationship theory: Socio culture relationship theory includes How peerand atmosphere of the workplace affect the development of the employee of theorganisation. As all live in a society so the social culture of the organisation plays a vitalrole in making or moulding the practice and attitude of the people who work in the

organisation. In the socio culture theory is defined that how an business organisationbehaves outside of the organisation like with the customer. The way an organisation andits employees behave with their customer decides the level of satisfaction in the sight ofthe customer and this will cause positive as well as negative impact on the business of theorganisation. If the organisation and its people adapt the local social values in theirorganisation then it can benefit to the organisational (Hartog and Verburg, 2014). Thissocio culture theory helps the organisation and its people.2.Quality and uncertainty theory: Quality and uncertainty reduction theory is anotherimportant theory in the field of organisation culture. The quality of the goods andservices provides by the organisation also affect the organisation. In the organisationpeople adapt the culture of maintaining the quality of the services like the wayorganisation treats the customer (Scott and et.al.,2013).By adapting and practising thepolite attitude and friendly behaviour in the organisation people of the organisation canreduce the uncertainty in terms of relationship with the customer outside of theorganisation.3.Power and decorum theory: In any organisation decorum is a must task for every personof the organisation. Decorum is the combinations of the rules regarding atmosphere orbehaviour of the employees with each other (James and thomasand2015). The employeesare required to follow each rule and culture practice in the organisation to maintain thedecorum in the organisation. As employees of the organisation represent the organisationculture in front of customer or outside of the organisation in society so the employees arerequired to maintain friendly,disciplined and helpful culture in the organisation so thatthere will be no trouble in the process of business of the organisation. This theory no onlydescribes about how employees should behave in the organisation it also defines the waythe organisation should treat the employees who work in the organisation (Trompenaarsand Hampden2011).Thus the above three organisation culture theories which are socio culture relationship theory,decorum theory and quality maintain and uncertainty reduction theory contributes in making thestrong believes and attitudes of the people of the organisation.Questionnaire about organisation culture
