INTRODUCTION
Sociology is a concept of understanding the society norms ethics values etc and how it
relates to people. health and social care is directly related to sociology as it gives understanding
about health status of our society. also it is necessary to understand the sociological concepts and
how it relates to health and social care. Sociologist are those people who study social events
patterns and then developer theory that why these things work. the theories very on basis of
issues which they study an analyze (Andishehjoo, 2020). In present times health and social care
given two people where is on the basis of their beliefs values etc it depends on their social
relation and structure defined within society. Thus, there are various sociological concept which
are as follows

The grand theory
The grand theory it was proposed by Wright Mills in 1959. it refers that formal organization
and arrangement off concept his prior to understand social world. here author goal was to target
parsonian system theory. Apart from it there are various other concepts as well of sociology
which is explained as
Marxism call marks describes different theories and he critiqued that capitalism is fight between
bourgeoise the proletariat. he said that bourgeoise do production unemployed workers but by
giving less wages to workers they generated huge profit.
Durkheim also gave his views on structure of society. he focused on norms and structure of
society. also he said that values and rules are critical for functional society. He gave three
theories data functionalism enemy and division of Labor (Filegar, 2017). in functionalism he
stated that society must be described in terms of functions. it means society system of
interrelated parts did functions together. In division of Labor he argued that in traditional times
societies included homogeneous people. so they are not shame in terms of believes values etc
however in modern society there is complex believe backgrounds etc.
Similarly Max Weber also gave theory on sociology. he focused on element suggest class
power etc so he believed that society is divided between owners and laborers. Status is based on
non economic factors like education and religion. his idea focused on rationalization in which
society is built around logic rather than tradition.
