The various key aspects related to the role and importance of supporting the inclusion of
all children in early childhood educational settings will be discussed in this paper. Inclusion is
the process of educating and provide care to the children along with the requirements of the
environment as per the developing process. In the process of inclusion, children with or without
special needs learn to participate in the common functions and activities (Lee, et al., 2015). This
is one of the processes related to education. Early childhood inclusion includes the different
values and policies that support the young child and family in different communities.
This process is used in the early childhood educational settings that manage the overall
education process. The inclusion includes several approaches so the strength-based approach will
be discussed in this paper. The several aspects of the team approach will also include in this
process as it supports in early childhood. The inclusion for young is also involved in this
process. The early childhood education matters a lot for the people and this will be briefly
described further in this paper. By the use of inclusion, the children get various knowledge
regarding the sense of belonging and to maintain positive relations among society.
Role and importance of supporting the inclusion of children in early childhood education
The inclusion is too effective in an early childhood education as this means that all
children achieve the same benefits from the same child care programs. This helps children with
disabilities in giving several benefits to them. The other children that not have disabilities will
also attend the same program and attain several benefits. By the process of inclusion, the proper
care and education can be provided to the children. All children attain several benefits by using
the process of inclusion in the settings of early childhood (Follari, 2015). The routine activities
are involved in the process of the inclusion and specialized services given to the children. All
children have several opportunities to learn new skills and also achieve different advantages
related to their education.
The inclusion has great importance in early childhood education. But the idea of
inclusion in early childhood education is not new as it provides help to the children to get
different benefits in the education. In the previous years, the family experiences a high degree of
belongingness with the child during the early years and it makes the positive expectations of the

future. The children can grow up by using the process of inclusion and society also attain several
benefits (Pacini-Ketchabaw and Taylor, 2015). The children achieve future development by
using the process of inclusion in the education system. The child can relate to the natural
community by using the specific process.
The quality of education also matters in this overall process as it improves the various
aspects related to the education of early childhood. As the good quality care of education is the
right of every child and it manages the environmental practices also. The disabled children get
several opportunities of learning while using the inclusion and this improves the different aspects
of the disable children and provide them proper education for their requirements (MacQuarrie, et
al., 2015). The disabled child gets proper support with the inclusion used in the process of
education. This education is important in all the schools of the community as it develops a sense
of belonging and make the community better in the field of education. The children also get to
know about the social relationships with one another that improve the neighborhood environment
(Moss, 2015). This process is all related to child care as the children need proper care in early
education with specialized instruction and support.
A strength-based approach to support inclusion
This approach is one of the best approaches used in the process of inclusion that supports
the overall process of education. This approach is used by the people to view the situations in a
realistic manner and it creates several opportunities like improve the focus on the strengths. The
people also look for different opportunities in the overall process of the strength-based approach
(Barton and Smith, 2015). This approach values the capacity, skills, knowledge and connections.
The self-directed support is also included in the overall process. This approach is used in the
process of education and it is focusing on the positive attributes of a person. The strength-based
approach is applied in several ways.
This approach is too much effective in the several processes like leadership, counselling,
community and the various social practices. This process is also used for managing the education
process and to improve the overall care of the children. This approach is based on the foundation
of the social work and it focuses on the individuals and the strengths that improve positive
approaches. The strengths of the clients get improved with the help of this approach and it
improves the overall process of education. This also works in adverse conditions (Armstrong,
