INTRODUCTION
The sociology of health defines social approach of health to improve the various factor
which is happens. Where , health is defined as the person which is physical, mental and social
well being. As with the definition health is multidimensional aspect. Medicine refers as a social
institution which help to prevent, diagnose and treat illness and also help in promotion of health
in different dimension. The social institution involves more than 11 million people. Include
physicians, nurses, dentist, therapist, medical staff and record technicians and many of rise of
occupation (Brosnan C., 2016). The important sociological aspect is their approach towards the
health and illness which are functionalist approach, conflict approach, symbolic interactionist
approach, where the functionalist approach mention that the good health and effective medical
care are very major for the functioning of society, the conflict theory mention related to health is
social variation create the difference in quality of health and the quality of health care, the health
and illness of any people is social construction. In this topic, rise of biomedicine is going to
cover, their role and management in British society and relevancy of biomedicine to health and
health care.
MAIN BODY
The role of state in development of biomedicine is further contributing. In UK society is
going to accept the biomedicine which create the raise and rise in form of biomedicine. The
researcher also develop new plan and new medicine for different disease which helpful in
treatment (De Choudhury and et. al., 2017). The institution of biomedicine science (IBMS)
which is regulatory body for the biomedical scientist in the united kingdom. The IBMS was
established in 1912 which is approximate 20000 state bodies which regularly creating new plan
and new development theme in national health services (NHS). And also state bodies provide the
laboratory, the national blood authority, health protection agency, medical research council and
environmental department and many more. The main theme of this state body is to regulate and
promote biomedical science with new techniques and skill which help to formulate the quality in
health and health care. Whereas, the IBMS carries out the range of various role and functions.

correlated with the biomedical and biomedicine development, promote the role of biomedical in
public and create the awareness, awards the chartered scientist status, enhance the competence
for medical science with scientist to practise, also accesses the qualification criteria for being
registered with the health and care professions council (HCPC), update the member by scientific
interview and profession meeting, create the training and development scheme for the continual
improvement in work, provide the legal structure and technical help members, funding and
money of research spending in biomedical research programs, also help in selection of new staff
to laboratory and enhance the role by increasing responsibilities of research. This institution help
to provide the scientific and professional events and seminar to aware about recent research and
what is going next in future, usually they held a biomedical science congress feast which is the
largest event of it kind in UK (Derr, A.S., 2016). The next such events are driven to be available
in IBMS website. These are role is govern by the state body and make proper plan and strategies
regards with biomedical and biomedicine for providing the quality of health.
The quality of the health and health care which related to society and culture factor which
going to effect the health care. The rise of biomedicine defines the bio medical treatment in
terms with medicine. In the aspect of social and cultural the era of biomedicine is affected many
of times. Society inequities with class, race, racism and ethic and gender discrimination are
produced in health and health care. People who are facing many of disadvantage regrades with
social problem faces become ill. And once they became ill, the inappropriate health care make
the issue more typical form to become fit. As per the above, change in the health and health care
is sometime happens by the social and culture reasons, the evidence of disparities in issue with
health and health care is much dramatic and vast. This factor also influence the efforts of
physicians over a long time. Over a time period the control the practice of drugs or medicine and
explain different social issue and medicals one (MayerandThiel 2018). Physicians inspire for
doing in the aspect of positive and negative and this terms as good and bad. In the positive of
this, they believe in himself as they are most qualified professionals to diagnose problem related
to health and treat many of people who are facing lots of problems. While on the negative aspect,
social distrusting factor make an assumption or throw a point in physicians about their financial
status. If they succeed in making conflict on social problem as medical issue and in create the
problem in treatment. At once these problem are going to medialized then the social roots and
potential solution are just ignored. British society are adopted the biomedicine at the time of

second world war. The conflict are their about in medicine is like its create some side effect,
impotency, and adverse drug response and many of conflict are stated regard with medicine after
that a time while, so the is worth embedding medicine within the vast context of different post
war national health health system and so on. They are getting stress between the three form of
medicine, experimental, clinical and social afterwards it is part of western medicine tradition
(Monaghan and et. al., 2018). And in the era of biomedicine, particular national dimension had
already limited. The political economy of the post war duration boost the internationalisation of
biological and laboratory research. The recognition of complicated history helpful in making the
current wave of biomedicine and bio medicalization which is less radical and not expected than
social factor which are assume. So overall the social and culture factor create some if the issue in
rise of the biomedicine.
The good health and effective medical care is major important role for the society and
provide effective medical care regards with health and health care. In this context, there are too
many people are unhealthy and facing very major disease which create the premature death. For
a person to be says that sick, the person referred as these expectation as the sick role (Robinson,
C.A., 2017). First, sick people is responsible for their own health problem. If eat high and
adipose get fated, body become obese and have a heart attack in future. If the thing goes well, a
good nutrition and maintained a proper weight. If someone is driving drunk and smashes in to
road or tree there is much sympathy if the driver of the care is much simple and skid in icy road
that a false mistake. The people who is facing problem regards with sick facing issue related to
health must want get well soon in possible ways (Stringer and Baker 2018). If the people don't
want be well and get worse more than earlier and pretend like well then they are faking their
illness or malingering after becoming healthier, they are no longer considered legitimately ill
who getting know him and by general and by society itself. The sick people are know about their
body wellness through the physicians or by other medical professional and they follow the
medicine provided by the medical staff. This approach towards the sick people create the false
assumption in their well being. The sick people try to be happy but due the many of factor the
well being of that people is affected. This all concept is fully and complete by parsons model.
Who elaborate the total conflict which is arises during a sick people role. Al through the
approach focus in the maintenance of social system , the people is not excluded for his analysis.

So all these role of sick people help to understand about the major of factor affect the well being
when a person is became sick form healthy (Thomas and et. al., 2016).
CONCLUSION
As per the above discussion, the sociological theories about the health defines the quality
of health and quality of healthcare. The social impact which created the false assumption for the
biomedicine, after that they accept the biomedicine and create the raise in UK. The people
slowly accept the biomedicine in the relevance with health and illness. Researcher develop new
plan and new medicine which helpful in improvement of health and improve quality of health
care. So the rise of biomedicine in British society was accepted during the world war and after
post world they adopted it by many of assumptions. Which help to provide the better healthcare
system and create the well being in society.
