Sexting has become the current new trend among the teenagers, the adults and mostly
among the adolescent group of individual throughout the globe. Each and every day, lot
number of adults and teenagers fall for this trend to send sexy pictures or dirty messages by
personal devices to some one else. The context of sexting furthermore includes the exchange
of nude and illicit messages in the social and the online platform with unknown people
through out the world. Children in the current generation get addicted to their social media
accounts, falls as prey to many unknown and harmful hackers with who they make friends
and fall under challenging conditions. Anywhere among 20% to 60% of the teens admit to do
sexting as the way to flirt or to get attention pushing the boundaries and the limits (Kail &
Cavanaugh, 2018,Chapter 7, pp. 263). With the changing level of the technology, sexting has
been popular among the young people who got engaged in the activity without knowing the
consequences of the sexting. Sexting in the current decade have been enormously rising
among the adolescents due to the lack of the proper guidance from the school teacher and the
parents (Kail & Cavanaugh, 2018, Chapter 7, pp. 243). Young people tend to take impulsive
decisions since most of the time the parents of the children are not aware of the technological
advancements and the messages or the images their children are sharing to other people
which may furthermore lead them to trouble towards being sexual offender (Channel 4 News,
2012). Sending nudes to other person via personal technological device may tend to cause
bullying, criminal offense since these can get leaked leading to further embarrassments.

The parents should enable some of the effective measurements to prevent their
children and the adolescents group of people from sexting (Kail & Cavanaugh, 2018, Chapter
7, pp. 257, 267). Some of the things that the parents can undertake includes setting up of a
