The business conference aims to enhance soft skills and communication skills for employees. It will feature speakers on topics such as effective communication, business etiquette, and non-verbal communication. The conference will include group discussions, interactive sessions, and individual and group exercises. A post-conference template and bibliography are also provided.

Workshop is based on the soft skills, and it will helpful for enhancing soft skills of employees as
well as other peoples. Company has an objective to deliver a high quality soft skill conference
for employees that will complement the business and technical skill for growing the soft skills
(ISORECEA, 2018).

A- Group discussion is on “effective communication for self-awareness” for grooming the
knowledge of every participant in the conference.
B- All speakers share their knowledge to other persons and all learn about new technologies.
C- Different ways for normal daily routine work with a proper channel
D- We providing different facilities to the every person present in the conference, such as
conference kit (Pen, Notebook, and bag), identity card for conference (Rachmawati,
2012).

Task – 4
In the conference, there will be some activities for all participants, which are so useful for
conference as well as for participants. It will make a better conference and it will be useful for
everyone, who is present in the conference. There are some interactive sessions between
speakers and participants for sharing their great knowledge. This will also beneficial for
conference. It will remove boringness from conference. There are a schedule for proper
management of tea, lunch, and high tea, so nobody feel lazy in the conference. There are highly
skilled persons in conference as a speaker, so that every person in busy in the getting knowledge
from speech. It will have some activities between the session and after the session for removing
boringness of participant during conference. There are individual and group exercises on the
learning objective, such as self-awareness, effective communication skill, reflection, and self-
evaluation. Some games will be played between the conference for prevention of boring. Some
exercise will be beneficial for betterment of conference are case based exercise, demonstration
on-sight, role playing, inquiry-based learning, experimental learning, and hand on learning
(Robles, 2012).
There is evaluation round also for learning and it will be helpful for future learning. Basic theme
is learning by doing. For enhancing communication skills, all these activities are so necessary.
Audiences are really matter for the conference so it is highly required for the conference.
Speakers are expert in their filed and because of it; all participants are energetic for the
conference as well as during the conference (Conference, 2018).
As we know that employees communication skills plays a key role in success of an organization,
hence this conference aimed to increase soft skills set of employees as well as management of
that organization (Griffith & Hoppner, 2013).
