Executive Summary
Social services are required particularly for the underdeveloped county to provide support,
cares to orphans, child, and people with disabilities, mental depression and many more. The
intention is to provide the best quality services to meet their needs. The proposed system
allows the administrators to edit services, add new services, staff, and care for the child and
the adults. Each staff in the database is associated with a position that can be added and
modified whenever the need arises. Users can be applied to the services that match their
needs. Staff can be easily checked and update service status easily without having retyped the
information in the database. Most of all, the service and care provided to the child of
Vermont residents, young people and adults, and their progress to monitor their performance.

Introduction
The Vermont council is a social service provider. The service departments have
several responsibilities for providing services. The social service departments focused on the
issues of the people, listening to their problems and prompting users and care about their
interests (Holt-Gosselin & et al, 2016). The services provided by the system helps to plan,
develop and maintain services are provided by the system if any changes required. To
promote partnership and teamwork with various organizations and teams (Finison & et al,
2017). This social service system aims to provide services for the necessities of the person's
situation through the individual assessment. The system should be efficient to deliver services
to support care, monitor communities, enables people to choose a best quality of life and care
for those people who live in homes or with their own family.

Responsibilities of Vermont Council
Vermont Council social services offer a wide range of legal responsibilities that
arrange or provide social care and services for individuals to live a comfortable and
happy life.

These responsibilities have two main extents – cares for children, services for young
people and care for their family. The social services providing departments of the
Vermont council also provide the cares for adults either by the reason of disability or
age, since they need some assistance for their regular living.
The aim of this social care council is to provide assistance or special care to maintain,
solve problems and achieve and maintain maximum independence for those people
who are facing personal difficulties and experiencing various family difficulties
(Evans, 2016).
In addition, the council provides the functionality for registering, inspecting and
generating a report for day-to-day care for the children of different age groups in the
residential homes and also for other young children.
However, in many situations, the Vermont council will take charges for providing
services and the charges that they will take must be reasonable to pay.
The departments of social services also work with different groups and partners
within an organization. The support, help, and care that they provided for the young
people, also for their families and children within family services and child services is
the basic principle of the Vermont council (Redmond, 2017). The care and help for
families and children will be considered as the most required things for all times and
the organizations and other departments should ensure the necessities of the child and
adults.

referred a service to fulfill their needs. The other care for the child, families are also
included in this system (Slavin & Schoech, 2017). In most of the situations, the social
service departments provide helps to the people who are most vulnerable and provides
caress on an urgent basis. The social workers are therapy staff, a consultant involved
in the voluntary organization provides assistance and suggestions to the persons to
meet their basic needs (Bradley & et al, 2016). In general, the service departments

Maintenance of specific assessment including the information related to meetings
with the clients as well as details of services required for the clients.
Non-functional requirements
The proposed system allows keeps tracks all the information related to service, cares,
clients on a regular basis.
The system allows the technicians to execute their work along with all available
resources in their disposal.
The system having the capability to access the information using authorized username
and password.
The proposed system must having the restriction of accessing confidential data about
their clients as well as also provides restriction to the supervisors and the social
workers for updating their client information.

Conclusion
From the above study, it can be concluded that the Vermont council required to maintain a
system that effectively works on different prospective to meet their goal. The service
facilities they provide to the children and other people will enable people to independently
live their life. The service departments of the Vermont council provide the best quality
services to the people with minimum charges that people have the ability to pay. Also, the
service department will arrange various social care services for young people and people with
disabilities. Therefore, the system should implement all the details to provide the best
quality services to the clients to continually improve the services and cares to the residents of
the Vermont council.
