Software development is a huge process and its working in a cycle. It has five parts, which are planning, analysis, design,
maintenance. Development life cycle is a process, which start with requirement and end with solution of the problem. it
is a process that start from problem to solution. In between all the processes executed properly. In addition, scope must
be clear for the project manager or all the team members.

necessary to find all the requirements of the project. Project manager must have all the specification about the
requirements and its implementation. There are many other other methods to identify problem definition. In addition,
UML can be used for understanding various things of the project.

based on the feasibility of the project as well. It is necessary to identify all the feasibility of the project to identify their
risks and other factors. It will improve the chances of success of the project.
