Solution Focused Counselling is said to be an element which focuses around arrangements
as opposed to the issues themselves. As such it features individuals' qualities and abilities
rather than their apparent shortages, shortcomings and impediments. This move in
worldview is drastically unique in relation to past advising systems that focused on
recognizing issues and attempting to clarify their birthplaces. Steve de Shazer and Insoo
Kim Berg were the Solution Focused Counselling treatment in the 1980's both were situated
in USA. This essay is going to be enclosed with the understanding of Solution Focused
Counselling and different theories as well, which are enclosed with it.
Introduction

In Psychology terms, it has been analysed that Solution Focused Counselling is an
objective guided shared way to deal with psychotherapeutic change that is led through
direct perception of customers' or any other individuals’ reactions to a progression of
correctly built questions. Based upon social constructionist thinking and
Wittgensteinian philosophy, this type of Counselling centres around tending to what
customers need to accomplish without investigating the history and provenance of
problem(s). SF treatment meetings normally centre around the present and future,
concentrating on the past just to the degree important for imparting sympathy and exact
comprehension of the customer's interests.
