The world has been facing unmatched junction of global intimidations and insecurity. Wide-
ranging strength conflict and persistent unsteadiness has been straddling the world along with
variety of shakiness, which embraces regions as well as conditions, which are not automatically
cossetted into recognized conflict rather than unconcealed, consequently disposed to shocks. The
report has critically evaluated criticalities of civil war and inappropriate uses of technology in
comparison to other threats related to lack of educational opportunities, poor health and climate
